Restaurant: Shanghai Lane (Min Fat Street)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I'm half shanghainese... So I'm pretty familiar with Shanghainese food. This restaurant is ok if you rarely eat Shanghainese, but like a lot of Shanghainese restaurants in Hong Kong, this place isn't that good.

一場去到跑馬地, 為左遷就長輩既口味, 揀左呢間食lunch.海蜇拼牛展. 海蜇撈左蘿蔔絲, 口感豐富左, 味道亦好清甜.醉雞. 同坊間大部分醉雞一樣, 唔入味.紅燒肉. 炆得唔夠耐, 肥肉部分還可以, 瘦肉部分就太韌喇.菜肉餛飩. 招牌菜, 係幾好味, 但係一碗入面起碼有兩隻個皮爛左既?上海粗炒. 睇落好油膩, 有人唔敢食, 我反而試左少少. 其實我好少食呢味, 但記得平時見果d都係乾身既, 呢個竟然好多汁, 睇落油膩既原因就係咁樣. 而個汁亦都有d唔同, 好甜. 麵條有咬口, 唔會好似食緊舊粉咁樣. 我竟然幾鍾意呢味喎.樓面阿姐服務麻麻, 有位唔太禮貌, 另一位就倒瀉左半杯竹蔗水落我老豆度囉.午市唔收加一, 連埋白飯同四杯飲品, 埋單二百零.
