上海人來過過思鄉的癮,我覺得還可以啦,菜肉餛吞其實挺正宗的,如果有薺菜肉餛吞就更好了!炸豬扒很大份,也好吃,雖然沒有辣醬油。冷麵還行吧,醋少了點,正宗的上海冷麵是喜歡配茭白肉絲和綠豆芽的,不過在這裏可以吃到冷面我已經很激動了。

Far Dew Chicken tasted good, not bad. The fried dumplings tasted pretty good, a little crunchy at the bottom and inside are juicy. The small buns not that good la. They were like the ones u go yum cha. They didn't even have any juices out, except the pork are dried lor. The soybean milk tasted pretty good. I like it a lot since it tasted like the ones I usually drink in Toronto. The wonton noddles were ok la. I like the wontons, but the soup wasn't that much of flavour, it tasted like boiling water. At last, the au gin w/ hoi git head tasted ok, not as I really expected. The au gin were soft, but not too much of a flavour.

P.S. The prices are not quite reasonable, as my dad said. It should be cheaper prices.

是晚在銅鑼灣睇完戲朋友建議話去跑馬地呢間食,因一段時間無去,所以大家都贊成,去到因大家都好吐餓所以坐底便叫個醉雞;酸辣湯;回窩肉;排骨麵;鍋貼;小籠包,先講醉雞酒香味唔濃個肉好滑,而且係濃鬱的花雕酒味,真係好正之後來了酸辣湯,唔會好辣,但係好開胃,夠料;回窩肉 : 有水準,唔可以話係勁好食 ,不過佢炒得好夠火喉,而且個比例都好準唔會太多肉,又唔會太多菜,食起上黎啱啱好;排骨麵,排骨炸得稍為過火而且乾咗D,但食落唔會感覺落太多鬆肉粉淋晒嗰種,最讚係個麵底,而鍋貼一咬下去,皮脆肉香,非常好吃,熱哄哄地吃特別有風味,一凍了就不好吃,所以鍋貼一來,馬上吃最好,不過要小心熱。 小籠包也一樣,要趁熱吃,一樣非常好吃。食完之後,老闆就問我們D菜的意見。對於這些重視客人的鋪頭,我見得香港現在真的買少見少了,所以先引發到我要在這裡贊一此贊它們!

是晚在銅鑼灣睇完戲朋友建議話去跑馬地呢間食,因一段時間無去,所以大家都贊成,去到因大家都好吐餓所以坐底便叫個醉雞;酸辣湯;回窩肉;排骨麵;鍋貼;小籠包,先講醉雞酒香味唔濃個肉好滑,而且係濃鬱的花雕酒味,真係好正之後來了酸辣湯,唔會好辣,但係好開胃,夠料;回窩肉 : 有水準,唔可以話係勁好食 ,不過佢炒得好夠火喉,而且個比例都好準唔會太多肉,又唔會太多菜,食起上黎啱啱好;排骨麵,排骨炸得稍為過火而且乾咗D,但食落唔會感覺落太多鬆肉粉淋晒嗰種,最讚係個麵底,而鍋貼一咬下去,皮脆肉香,非常好吃,熱哄哄地吃特別有風味,一凍了就不好吃,所以鍋貼一來,馬上吃最好,不過要小心熱。 小籠包也一樣,要趁熱吃,一樣非常好吃。食完之後,老闆就問我們D菜的意見。對於這些重視客人的鋪頭,我見得香港現在真的買少見少了,所以先引發到我要在這裡贊一此贊它們!
