經過三年,大改進可能因為疫情、經濟、新香港人及香港無曬人(走晒),好味店時:中午,12點,返工人都少曬,三位直入地:衛生好、無再見打爛嘢人:禮貌超好,少左客,壓力少,個個開心曬。幾矛盾,有生意,態度差,無生意變優質服務 。食:終於比三年前先進,全世界都QR落單,唔洗等叫人都唔理叫左三款面:雲吞面---清湯而有魚味,不過不失,雲吞大大粒穩陣𩺰肉面---超班,長者至愛重試擔擔面---一句到尾----變返好味道,分析:湯:濃郁,足肉碎,唔誇張係食唔出花生粒啫面:足夠多,夠入味,唔太淋飲:凍豆腐凍酸梅湯必選,大好飲價格:都64-80蚊一個面,app儲唔到the point ,要去櫃檯搞 continue reading

星期日下午三點半到,唔需要等位,我哋兩大一細,被安排坐 半邊梳化位,店家大約有 四成座位有人坐,生意一般。用qr code點餐 ,茶芥8蚊位,我哋見有茶餐,嗌咗一個 厚切排骨手製 拉麵 餐,餐 配小食同埋飲品, 我哋揀咗 陳醋小雲耳+凍酸梅湯 ,唔使加錢 仲有幾樣冷熱飲品選擇。 另外跟餐可以加錢嗌其他小食 ,我哋就試咗 麻辣 口水雞 加29蚊,脆皮豆沙包加9蚊。 單叫咗小籠包 43蚊 ,埋單 總共198.9。食物整體質素都ok,炸豬扒都大塊,有少少油膩, 連骨嘅豬扒 有啲難handle, 另外麻辣口水雞幾惹味同埋啲雞好滑,另外炸脆皮豆沙包just so so , 大約四分一手板咁細, 有啲油膩 ,酸梅湯就勁甜,要無糖豆漿 會健康啲, 小籠包正常 發揮 ,有肉汁,塊皮 幾薄 不錯。呢間食肆性價比都ok, 有機會下次再嚟。 continue reading

年初三回港後,晚上8點半才去搵食~~商場內部份食肆沒有營業,而有營業的餐廳中,上海姥姥不用等位,肚餓的我便和親戚吃上海菜吧!時間不早,有些菜式已沽清,選擇不多,盡量點些飽肚的餐點。菜肉雲吞拉麵,雲吞皮厚薄適中,肉餡夠肉汁,拉麵爽滑彈牙,麵量足。姥姥小籠包 (4件),小籠包大大隻,皮薄,湯汁豐沛,肉餡鮮味!糖醋魚塊,炸魚大大件,惟酥脆度一般,炸漿有點偏硬。酸甜醬汁令人開胃,惟份量不多,90多元的定價有點偏貴。姥姥家鄉粗炒,配料有椰菜、肉絲及冬菇絲,上海粗麵炒得爽口,醬汁惹味不過鹹,油亮的又不會太過油膩。Last order前點了份擂沙湯圓 (4粒),湯圓外皮煙韌,內裡是半流沙的黑芝麻餡,甜度剛好,沾滿黃豆粉來吃,好味!!店面人手顯然緊絀,但請店員添茶加水,都幾有效率。食物味道整體令人滿意,是價錢略貴,與食物份量不太合比例。 continue reading

呢間上海菜一直都知好多分店,係連鎖式經營,但實在出品參差,而且價錢進取🥲新年流流去完林村許願樹後,咁啱落車後有啲肚餓,就去咗附近既新達廣場搵嘢食。由於係大年初三,都唔算多舖頭有開。行過幾間見到呢間算比較少人等候不如就佢啦~入座之後,用二維碼落單,好多菜式都已經沽清。最後就叫得3樣野。小籠包/一籠四粒($43)算係三樣嘢入面出品最正常,飽滿有湯汁,外皮煙靭薄身。肉餡鮮味,唔差既。雞絲粉皮(大)($68)呢個真係麻麻,個醬係極重味精,點解咁講呢?因為佢係入口明明甜甜地,但係後勁好咸好咸🫣。菜肉雲吞($60)雲吞都非常OK,口味正常,算係有家常味,但係個湯底又係味精湯,唔好咁大期望🤔60蚊黎講有6大粒,還好啦。茶位($16/位)埋單最後$240左右,食左啲啲野,醫到肚仔,但我會期望佢出品唔好咁求其,個雞絲粉皮真係有啲超出想像🥲如果做好啲可能都會再戰既 continue reading

黎到上海菜餐廳,今次冇嗌小籠包,反而試吓其他上海美食。前菜點咗醉雞,醉雞份量唔多,肉質普通正常發揮,區內有食過其他醉雞嘅餐廳質素較高。令人意想不到嘅係蛋黃蝦仁炒飯,雖然炒飯加入鹹蛋黃,但炒飯非常乾身粒粒分明,一啲都唔油膩。鹹蛋黃份量多,令炒飯非常香口,而且增加炒飯嘅口感。係成個炒飯嘅靈魂,嚟到呢間餐廳一定要點呢個炒飯。酸辣湯拉麵少少辣,麵質彈牙幼滑,加上酸辣湯上面嘅配料亦都非常豐富,呢個酸辣湯麵亦都係合格以上。 continue reading
