去得銅鑼灣梗係要要去donki啦,一輪掃貨之後。突然想食上海菜。於是就揀左呢到。星期六下就嘅銅鑼灣特別多人。成條街都係人。行到去嘅時候都有幾個人係到排隊等緊。等完約十分鐘之後就到我地喇。肚餓嘅關係好快就決定左要叫啲咩嘢食喇😆😆唔好見佢咁多辣椒,其實佢唔算太辣。而且夠酸。非常之開胃🤤小籠包。小籠包入面係有湯汁嘅。一咬落去啲湯汁會咇晒出嚟。所以最好食法係,成粒小籠包放落個口到。雖然係冇咩儀態,但係美食當前,儀態又說啲咩呢😆味道普通。不過不失 continue reading

因為有時代嘅coupons,所以這次選了小南國。由於友人要遲d到,好心打去話會遲半個鐘,結果侍應話要等位,有點生氣地回佢話預早訂咗都要等位?我話咁到時黎到若無位,咪去第二間。結果友人俾我早小小到,意外地佢地俾咗個五人嘅“卡位”我地,友人還問我是否常黎。因為有coupons,所以亦揀咗二人套餐黎食。首先小食係蔥油海蜇頭和四喜烤麩,份量不少。之後係龍井蝦仁,略嫌無味。跟住上嘅係瑤柱扒時蔬,很大碟,我地兩個女士食唔嗮。呢個時候先上燉湯,係花膠松茸菇螺頭燉雞湯,足料而味濃。再黎係獅子開大口,因為同其他嘢一齊上,所以食嘅時候已經凍咗,中規中矩。然後係小籠包,一貫水準,不過不失。最後係桂花酒釀丸子,我摯愛嘅中式甜品,滿足! continue reading

今晚到小南國, 原意是想品嚐很久沒有嘗試的上海菜 , 1730已坐下,想叫鎮江肴肉, 對不起沒有,賽螃蟹 , 對不起沒有,青蟹炒年糕, 對不起沒有,上海粗炒, 對不起也沒有 。 已經開始失望。結果叫了六個菜,紅燒翅、 椒鹽小黃魚、 蟹粉豆腐生煎包、 紅燒獅子頭、 燻魚。 我可以理解燻魚在下單後五分鐘內上枱, 但其他所有菜都在5至10分鐘內上枱令我不敢置信。 所有菜上抬都只是勉強溫的,不是熱的, 紅燒獅子頭的汁還是“一舊舊”的。 這全部的菜加起來接近HK$1,300, 完全不能接受, 以這個價錢給予客戶這個質素, 破壞了上海菜的名聲, 絕不回頭。 continue reading

好耐無黎小南國,估唔到多咗咁多菜式。疫情期間,要搵間企理又坐得舒服,價錢又合理嘅真係唔易,小南國俾我感覺都唔錯,食得安心!水煮牛肉,我老公好喜歡,佢話好夠味,對我黎講就較辣!萵荀絲,萵荀好新鮮,清清地啱我口味!炸豬手,估唔到咁脆,呢個真係炸得好香脆,又唔會好乾!小籠包,必食!我一向對小籠包好有要求,呢個不錯,皮薄多汁,好味到我再叫多一籠!招牌炒飯,呢個就正常味道,有油香味但又唔會好油嘅感覺!香蕉豆沙窩餅,呢個我出面未見過,一般出面只係豆沙,呢個加咗香蕉,香蕉熱辣辣好正好香,特別要讚係個皮煎得好香脆,香蕉加豆沙好夾!我見佢哋個四人套餐好似幾抵食,不過我哋只有二人所以無叫呢個餐!當晚有九成坐滿,見啲侍應都好忙,我見隔離枱仲係咁問人解釋幾款菜式係乜嘢,但係個侍應生都好有禮貌咁介紹,呢樣都值得一讚! continue reading
