同朋友想去黃大仙拜神,所以就順道係黃大仙食嘢啦,因為打算食餐好啲,就去左食係地鐵一出個層的上海廳,主要因為見到裝潢都幾靚,所以揀佢。因為時間早,所以都唔駛點等位,我就叫左左排骨擔擔麵,再叫多個小籠包share食。先講排骨擔擔麵,即係炸豬扒加擔擔麵,我個日食個個擔擔麵都幾好食,有啲辣,幾惹味,至於豬扒都炸得幾香脆,又不會太硬,都幾鬆化,而且豬扒切開左幾件,方便進食,加上同麵分開上,無咁易淋,我個人比較鍾意一啖麵才咬豬扒,好過浸住來食。至於小籠包,就皮厚左啲,雖然無咁易穿,個就無左種皮薄餡靚的感覺,而且餡料屬正常,無話特別好味,只係價錢唔叫太貴,夾份食下過口癮係ok ge,但不要有太大預期。

早前間接得到一張禮券,可在指定飲食集團旗下餐廳用膳,堂食可作現金券使用。由於現金券即將在月底到期,這晚放工就襯有優惠,選了一家從未食過的「上海廳」一試!餐廳鄰近港鐵站,半開放式設計,感覺摩登。這晚點了兩項餐廳「推介」菜式,「金絲蝦燒賣」及「擔擔麵」。先講點心,$37元5粒的燒賣,並不是豬肉做,而是糯米。熱騰騰的糯米,上面舖上一條條金絲,並有一隻迷你蝦毛仔,包裝成燒賣造型,相當有趣。味道清淡,可惜糯米太多料太少,因此每一口都只吃到糯米😑。再來$50一碗的一擔擔麵(走辣),湯底不夠糊,但勝在有很多花生,很香!麵煙軔不俗。整體感覺,價錢平民化,但味道一般,即使推介菜式亦未見味道突出。

星期六晚既上海廳,輪候需要大概20分鐘 見到整間鋪頭都滿曬人,所有店員都好忙,而喺咁嘅情況下,整體店員服務都算okay,呢樣係值得一讚!兩個女仔叫左一個炒飯,雞絲海蜇,一客四隻小籠包。個炒飯有啲辣辣地已經叫咗少辣,唔食得辣既注意一下,有比較多辣椒絲係裡面。小籠包熱辣辣,皮唔算薄,裏面就有好多湯,肉有少少鞋。至於海蜇,呢間有兩款海蜇,一種係黃瓜,一種係雞絲,menu上面有兩幅圖,我哋揀咗雞絲,原來呢款就係將雞絲,海蜇同青瓜切到細細條,冇咩特別。 順帶一提呢度嘅茶錢係每位$5,佢會寫明係餐牌上面,不過就唔係一壺嗰啲,而係侍應拎個熱水壺出嚟幫你斟落杯嗰種。

今日年初二,好多小店都唔開,唯有去商場舖食8點幾先去到,兩個人唔駛等位一人叫左一個主食醫肚就算,我叫左鱔糊炒年糕,朋友叫左酸辣湯拉麵鱔糊炒年糕都幾多,鱔糊份量絕不手軟,偏淺色既鱔糊偏脆口,深色果啲肉質較硬,芽菜爽口,年糕煙韌,趙到好攰。。。唔會太油或太咸,整體ok朋友話酸酸湯拉麵偏酸,辣度適中,材料都係一般木耳,冬菇,荀等等,木耳同荀都爽口,冬菇正常,麵唔會煮得太淋,整體都係正正常常新春都係另收加一,acceptable,店員服務都ok,坐得舒服,不過環境偏嘈,overall不過不失

聖誕打算成家人食餐飯,家姐就一早BOOK 左呢間餐廳,貪佢夠就腳,食物價值合理。雖然唔係極級好食,但係以上海菜來講,都算係咁。我地今次就點左小籠包、前菜凍盤四小拼、蟹粉扒豆苗、銀芽炒鱔糊凍盤4小併入面呢有:肴肉,烤夫,小排骨同燻魚肴肉即係肉凍,烤夫就係麵根,烤夫個醬汁正正常常,燻魚縑佢硬左少少,味道中規中矩。鱔糊炒得好爽,芽菜撈埋D菜又好好食,送飯一流!但我地無點飯HAHA小籠飽皮薄,入面都有湯汁,唔錯唔錯。而蟹粉扒豆苗,豆苗本身夠清甜已經好好食,但係蟹粉方面就溝左好多粉,而蟹肉為主,無咩蟹粉味。但96粉就唔敢咁高要求啦~
