位於銅鑼灣廣場一期2樓,開有一家日式食店芯,交通非常方便,店鋪不大,但佈置得精緻企理,是典型的日式居酒屋風格。剛好是中午lunch時間,有多款套餐可選擇,套餐含有餐湯、飲品和甜品。我們選擇鰻魚蛋包飯和牛肋煮便當。餐湯是日式面豉湯醒胃夠健康。鰻魚蛋包飯:大大條淋有燒汁的鰻魚,覆蓋在蛋包飯的上面,足料加分不少,饅魚鮮甜軟腍,切開後拌在蛋包飯裏一起,口感豐富又有層次,齒夾留香。牛肋煮便當:買相十足,分有二層,一層蔬菜薯仔沙律,另一層牛肋和飯,牛肋惹味牛肉味濃郁,非常好味,好快請盤。飲品熱朱古奶一點也不馬虎,紅棗茶不是很甜,夠水準。飯後甜品軟糯香甜令人回味。人均消費100左右,性價比超高以後還會光臨!
