有數款肉可以選擇,我們選了比較特別的外側腹橫肌牛排。
外側腹橫肌,色澤鮮嫩,五成熟的熟成度剛剛好,肉紋看似有點粗厚,但入口肉質軟腍,牛味濃郁而不韌,旁邊可以醮點粗鹽及胡椒,配搭簡單亦保留了原汁原味。

- 期待已久嘅主菜出場啦❤️‍🔥一個二人餐可以叫一款主菜。當日我哋叫咗𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲,肉質還可以,牛味濃郁。但邊位有少少𝘂𝗻咬唔太開,有少少失望🙍🏻,可以做得更好😇

- 一上枱就有陣陣牛油味飄過黎,蔬菜落咗好重牛油🧈但仍然鮮甜。五花肉有少少𝗼v𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸,但個車厘茄燒得啱啱好,好juicy。配上較為辛口嘅瑞兆大吟釀🍶,可以解一解膩。

不得不提,雖然係小店,店員每道菜式都有講解同每個店員都好細心❤️ 下次會想試大阪燒🤭🤭係值得一試嘅日本餐廳🏮❣️
