十分鐘內雞肉就食得,唔好擺太耐就如果唔係就會鞋口。


除咗十分細嫩嘅雞肉之外,我都幾鍾意佢個手切先肥牛,淥幾秒就食得,好有牛肉嘅香味。



除此之外,黑豚肉都唔錯㗎。雖然係豬肉,但係我都淥一分鐘左右就食,咁先有返佢自身嘅肉香味,亦有陣陣嘅椰子香。



叫咗半隻象拔蚌,侍應姐姐話好新鮮,叫我地一定要試吓。象拔蚌有兩種食法,可以生食做刺身,又可以淥幾秒熟食。



唔知有冇人同我一樣,都係唔敢係打邊爐嘅地方食生野?所以我同朋友都會選擇淥一淥,感覺好似安心啲。象拔蚌都幾爽口彈牙,但我又唔覺得係特別鮮甜,性價比都算低喎。



雖然每一樣食物都好似OK咁,但係買單一睇,就知道其實呢一餐嘅性價比真係低,兩個人食咗$1000 ,呢個價錢會有更加好嘅選擇。

再次幫襯,食品保持高水準,難得👍👍,我同女友之前試過三次,琴日發癲兩人試$888,4~6人餐。店員同老闆提幾次拍我地食唔哂,叫好!似老闆嘅老人家又行埋嚟叫我地先食啲精嘅等等,湯底叫鯊魚骨同麻棘,足料。 手切牛,黑毛猪唔會差,放鯊魚骨湯好鲜味,鵝腸唔係乸到乾哂似象筋果啲,菜肉餃都好好食,蝦滑弹牙👍👍👍👍👍最後结果真係食唔哂。姐姐比幾個盒我地拎走,盒不收錢。呢度服務好,親切街坊feel. 推介。

第一次同朋友黎呢間食打邊爐,叫了一個胡椒豬軟骨湯。個湯配料十足,有好重的胡椒味加上有粟米、豬骨等作配料,味道很好。之後叫了炸魚皮,韮菜餃,什錦姑等。但我最愛的是肥牛,這𥚃的肥牛不會太多油脂,而且切的厚薄十分適中,所以一放入爐中數秒左右已經可以入口。可能由於跟平常打邊爐的牛有點不同(感覺厚一點),在口中十分有牛味(可能其實係店鋪用的牛比較好)。今次一行四人,大家都比較細食(連個姐姐都話我地細食)平均每日都不用200,價格合理

仲記得我細個既時候,盛記都未有賣火鍋。後黎領展加租之下,被逼轉型先得以生存,開始發展出朝早做麵、茶餐廳,夜晚就打邊爐。而最令我印象深刻既係,為左令盛記呢個童年回憶得以繼續保存,街坊都出左力,捐出屋企唔要既舊物,堆砌成呢個充滿社區回憶既食肆,所以其實我地宜家食到既唔單止係食物,更加係街坊同老細之間緊密既關係,暖暖既人情味。今日約左成班中學同學打邊爐,當然揀返呢個充滿回憶既地方。我地揀左個番茄牛腩湯底,入面有幾舊牛腩煲得好腍,番茄未徹底煲出味,湯底都靜係有微微酸甜味。蘸醬自己可以自行調配,中意落乜就落乜。我地一行人5個都叫多人,order左呢個盛記炸腐皮卷($35),其實就係我地食開既炸響鈴。呢度既響鈴係自家炸架,唔似出邊d打邊爐食肆,響鈴雖然炸得通透又酥脆,但係1 d油膉味都冇,我中意灼3秒先再食,軟中到酥,口感岩岩好。呢度d手打墨魚丸做得好出色,雪白通透既墨魚丸上面鋪住粒粒蟹籽;鮮蝦滑就爽口彈牙,蝦味好濃。兩者煮熟之後咬落口依然好有嚼頭,又咬到粒粒墨魚肉/蝦肉,非常有口感。盛記既手切鮮肥牛唔係咩和牛、美國牛,而係用左本地牛,牛肉呈鮮紅色,油花唔算多,但灼好後食落肚一陣牛肉味,雖然脂肪唔

呢度d手打墨魚丸做得好出色,雪白通透既墨魚丸上面鋪住粒粒蟹籽;鮮蝦滑就爽口彈牙,蝦味好濃。兩者煮熟之後咬落口依然好有嚼頭,又咬到粒粒墨魚肉/蝦肉,非常有口感。

盛記既手切鮮肥牛唔係咩和牛、美國牛,而係用左本地牛,牛肉呈鮮紅色,油花唔算多,但灼好後食落肚一陣牛肉味,雖然脂肪唔多,但好在肉質唔鞋口,反而又嫩又滑,咬落不會滿口韌筋肉渣。

盛記最旺場當然係晚上的打邊爐啦。聽說想黎到盛記打邊爐的話,就必先要提早好多訂位。我個人食野比較喜歡即慶,所以都未有機會試下呢度的打邊爐。每次黎到盛記都俾呢度的佈置吸引住,四圍都係充滿藝術氣息的裝置,除左好多東西係回收裝置之外,仲有好多都係環保物料整的佈置,相當有心思。今日黎到盛記食午餐,其實有好多選擇,有快餐,亦有粉麵等。如果飲品選擇飲汽水的話,仲係玻璃枝裝果隻,懷舊之餘,用玻璃樽飲係特別好味的。醬爆牛肉飯+凍檸茶$44凍飲同熱飲同價午餐分量都算大。食物色香味都有齊。醬爆牛肉夠哂味度,仲有適量的翠肉瓜及娃娃菜,一個午餐有肉有蔬菜,好味到不得了。餐廳全場幾乎坐滿人,證明呢間餐廳的確係正。平日午餐都坐滿人,晚餐真係要提早d訂位呀。

聽聞沙田區有一出名雲吞麵店好耐,終於今日試到,但結果係完全非常失望,原來你出名唔掂囉!叫了一個菜肉雲吞,一夾,夾不起😧原來他是預先煮雲吞放在碗中,待有客人order 的時候才加入湯,根本啲餃子痴實哂隻碗,爛哂,皮都硬哂。之後叫了牛腩河,好普通,唔好食。仲有個雙丸粗麵,又係痴住隻碗😡😡😤3樣嘢食左$120,仲要唔比冷氣位我坐,我地初時行入裡面,冷氣涼點的位置,但侍應話因為我地得2位,入面係大枱,所以一定要坐出面,但後來我見只有一兩個的人也走入去冷氣房坐,後來走時,再問侍應, 佢話大概要預留幾多人客坐,但我話都唔滿😤😤😤仲有大把位喎⋯⋯佢話係呀⋯⋯係咁。哼!好嬲
