朋友介紹下黎慶祝生日,我哋兩大人叫左Omakase set, 兩位小朋友好在都有a la cart 叫烏冬、熟壽司。員工都細心,加茶都好密。第一道開胃菜係水母,酸酸爽爽第二係剝皮魚,用番個魚肝去漬個魚肉,有油香鰹魚味噌蒜頭(味道特別,唔會有辣味,同埋食完唔會口臭😂)、紅酒漬橋頭、牛蒡(個芝麻好香)、柚子蘿蔔(最清爽,我最鍾意❤️)刺身: 北海道活水足🐙- 3種食法,吸盤爽脆,中段腳位鮮甜彈牙,最後一段火炙過,帶香味蜜柑鯛- 條魚係食蜜柑大,入口柑味頗重,最後魚味先出黎好特別深海池魚- 上面放左少少薑蔥,食落好香口赤身、中拖- 唔識用食家既形容詞,但個赤身好好味,反而幾難忘生蠔- 海水味重,清爽,我個人覺得幾好,食完個中拖再食個creamy 生蠔應該會好溜帶子- 好新鮮,唔係急凍野,入口甘甜牡丹蝦- 上面有用蝦殼炒過既醬,隻蝦鮮味好出大拖- 油份重,入口即溶咁鯖魚卷- 呢個好好食,用紫菜包住食,紫菜好香,上面有層應該酸酸地既調味jelly咁,呢個散叫都係必食仲有海膽軍艦同個吞拿魚卷(下層吞拿魚蓉,上層炙燒過中拖)仲有湯同生果(蜜瓜、緹子同抹茶蕨餅)壽司飯用赤醋,所以好夠味,已經唔洗點用豉油
員工都細心,加茶都好密。

壽司飯用赤醋,所以好夠味,已經唔洗點用豉油wasabi, 就咁食仲鮮味😋
Dinner omakase $880+/ pax 咁多野食,仲要好食
小插曲係: 我個仔食哂我碟生果,佢送多碟比我😂
