話說早幾日同班同事幫襯呢間在旺角朗豪坊13樓的川莊火喎店,一去到門口已經比門口嗰位大叔侍應串咗一輪,佢好兇咁樣同我講18:30後無得訂位,只可以Walk in,每台規定食個半鐘,食物無論食唔食得晒都要交枱,因為同事話想試吓呢檔嘢,所以我們一行六人入咗去食,先唔講食物質素,價錢相當貴,水煮魚味道一搬貨色,最令本人氣憤的都嗰班PK侍應,尤其是嗰位大叔在差唔多夠鐘嘅時候係咁催我們交枱,我們還有好多食物還未食完,杯嘢飲先飲咗一半,跟住有幾個侍應走過來催我哋走,有個馬尾姐仲好兇添,最後我哋連杯嘢飲都未飲完同埋呢雞翼都未食完就已經走咗,在門口都未見有客人排隊,下次唔會幫襯,祝佢早日執笠

門口阿叔態度極差,一直強調飲料帶進來不能喝,我們都同意了,帶我們到位置上的過程一直重覆飲料不能喝,還要拿袋子包起來,十分煩人。食物方面點了個酸菜魚,以往記得不錯吃,這次來吃味道十分怪,沒酸菜味,全是黑胡椒的味道,十分難吃。想拿點冷水也沒有,逼著喝熱水,不然就是點貴到離譜的飲料,還要不好喝。服務生態度超差,由其是有個胖大嬸,除了一個大叔以外其他態度都超級差。第一次吃酸菜魚是沒吃完的,超級不推薦這間。

已經返兜食咗幾轉嘅酸菜魚如果2-3人食,飯量正常嘅話,叫個例牌再加一兩個小食或甜品就已經好夠食,不過食酸菜魚嗰陣要小心啲,唔好將燈籠辣椒當左蕃茄仔,否則會後悔莫及而魚方面,有普通魚片同桂花魚兩款選擇,如果想食鮮嫩得黎又無骨的話,推薦食桂花魚由於小妹今餐同2個朋友一齊食,飯量都比較大,所以就叫多左幾個小菜順便試試,果然都不負所望,只係個巴蜀蝦球外面層粉太乾,痴晒喺口裡面,啲辣粉仲有好微嘅苦味,唔係太啱個人口味

今天到朗豪坊吃午飯,本來想到13樓選一間餐廳,但原來疫情期間,全層暫停營業。就轉陣到12樓的川莊。大門放著一個菜單,沒看見午餐菜單,心想選擇也不少,還算豐儉由人,就決定入去試試。坐下後店員放下兩份一樣的菜譜,還放下兩杯杞子紅棗茶。茶是不錯的,其實看見有如此多料的茶,自是暗裡歡喜,感覺這茶很不一般吧,至少很有趣。既然沒有午餐菜單,我們就點了簡單三樣東西——粉皮、酸辣湯及水煮牛肩肉。等著時看見推介牌寫著買「邪惡水煮醬」,就送50元優惠券,我們就問一問店員,心想如果可即場回現也不錯。怎知不問由自可,一問把鬼火,店員說,除了午餐牌內的東西,下次光顧時都可用以扣減。我們很驚奇,因為從來沒見過午餐牌,問她哪來的餐牌?她便拿給我們。我們問她剛才怎麼不給我們午餐牌?她說她們店鋪是這規矩,顧客問才會給看。我們瞎了眼,心想這樣做生意真奇怪。雖說午餐牌裡的組合我未必有興趣,但既然有存在,卻收得密實,真的百思不得其解🤔說到食物質素,基本上是可以的。粉皮爽口,辣度適中,酸辣湯算中規中矩。到水煮牛「肩」就奇怪了,根本是一「舊」肥牛就咁放入去,要我們自己用筷子分開一塊塊,這應該在菜單寫明水煮肥牛吧,有點搵笨之嫌。可

說到食物質素,基本上是可以的。粉皮爽口,辣度適中,酸辣湯算中規中矩。到水煮牛「肩」就奇怪了,根本是一「舊」肥牛就咁放入去,要我們自己用筷子分開一塊塊,這應該在菜單寫明水煮肥牛吧,有點搵笨之嫌。可以讚的地方,是水煮菜式可選4配料,我們點了牛肚,豬肺,牛栢葉及豬紅,豬肺和牛肚份量很驚喜,食極仲有似的。

本來想食甜品,但感覺他們營業手法不好,沒心情再逗留,這餐吃完就算,應該冇下次了。

Stopped in for a late lunch and ordered the mapo tofu without meat. It came very quickly as pictured, without broad pean paste or even mala on top. It was very bland, and not spicy. It was watery and not thick. I asked for some spiciness and they brought chili paste, which was decent and made the dish palatable. $95 for flavorless tofu, $15 for tea (they bring automatically), $15 for steamed rice plus a service charge brought this meal to $137.5 for food that was not enjoyable. Won't be back.
