Nice interior deco and good music.Must try their apple tart because it is the best apple tart I have ever had in HK. My friend had the pumpkin pie and she said it was really good as well.Overall a neat impression.

今次第2次幫襯, 試不到pineapple tarte tartin因據說不合時令點了hot chocolate與maple cheese cake w/walnut shortbreadmaple cheese cake - 不像new york cheese cake那種又濃又硬身的質感, 是軟身, 沒有餅底的那種. 不太甜, 有清甜的maple味, goodhot chocolate - 當吃完cheese cake之後, hot chocolate已不再hot喇, 所以融不到serve在旁邊的棉花糖, 故朱古力有點苦, 失敗少少

definitely the most disappointing experience. eventhough i am not a cook myself i have tried desserts in many different countries, east or west, 5 stars hotels, novice or experienced chef..and all I can say is that eating at this dessert bar is like trying out your kid's cooking homework at home. although the owner interned at a michelin 3 stars restaurant before but if her food is not at that level yet, it's better not to use it as promotion cos you will really let your customers down. we hav

although the owner interned at a michelin 3 stars restaurant before but if her food is not at that level yet, it's better not to use it as promotion cos you will really let your customers down.

we have tried 3 desserts at the same time, presentations are all the same, big white plate with main dessert in the middle, here and there a bit of sauce and juice. no specific deco to cater for the specific taste of the kind of dessert. taste of desserts are pretty dry, tastes are so separately, say for a mango napolean, u got mango on one layer, pastry on another layer, didn't see a mixture of tecnique in "creating" a desserts. baking desserts are either too warm or cold (most of the time too cold).
service-wise, i got really irritated by a lady standing next to me all the times. she is not a waitress but she keeps standing next to me while i am enjoying my time with friends. I guess she is relatives or so with the owner but the owner should consider how to create a comfortable place for the customers. for sure, no dessert bar in new york serves in this style.

i think it's a good trial of this kind of restaurants in hk but if it's only up to what it offers as now, it's a big disappointment to the customers and dessert lovers.

after dinner yesterday night, my friends and i were walking down soho and found this very nicely decorated store on Graham Street. At the time (9pm), the place was full of people and we had to wait for a while before we had seats. The wait was worth it.We sat outside in the terrace. I thought that we were unlucky because there was no aircon but the terrace was very nice. We found that the entire store was decorated by the owner. We sat outside in the terrace. I thought that we were unlucky because there was no aircon but the terrace was very nice. We found that the entire store was decorated by the owner. The outside was very nice for nighttime dessert with bamboo trees and nice cushions. The atmosphere was very nice with the candles. I am worried about the rain because there is no cover above.
Anyway back to the dessert. We had 4 people so we tried to order different desserts so we can try them all.
Michelle had the Pavlova which was very special i think. The chocolate was nothing i have tasted before and the fruit was very fresh. I also very enjoyed the decorations.
Kenneth had the mango napoleon. It was nice of the cook to tell us to eat it separately because the pastry was thin and breaks easy. It must be difficult to make something so crisp and soft at the same time. The mango too was very fresh. I wonder where they get the fruit.
Kitty had the maple cheesecake. We read from drink eat man woman that it was a new dessert and we wanted to try it too. Again very different from the cheesecake we had before. I think better than the strawberry at mandarin oriental.
I had the sift chocolate cake. It was the best! Many layers of i don't know but very very good. So good i will have to come back again for it. I wanted to have one more but they were sold out. Too bad i guess good food runs out fast. I have to tell my workmates to come too!
Although the food and decoration was good, i think it is better for us to go back earlier because there are a lot of people at night. Maybe we can relax more in the afternoon.

toally disappointed experience ...I should just went to get a donut at Krispy kreme instead !I can only gave credit for their food presentation .. but the dessert quality itself are not up to standard.I ordered a choc pavola ... it taste like a choc macaron that has been sitting in the shelf for more than a week. I think the pavola @ wildfire is better than this. My friend ordered mango napoleon and she's also disappointed as well.. what she expect will be a big chuck of filo pastries with lots

I ordered a choc pavola ... it taste like a choc macaron that has been sitting in the shelf for more than a week. I think the pavola @ wildfire is better than this.

My friend ordered mango napoleon and she's also disappointed as well.. what she expect will be a big chuck of filo pastries with lots of mango and custard in between .. but what been served are 2 pieces of dry pastries with tiny little bit of mango ..

My other friend ordered apple tart .. it served with cinnamon ice cream but since my friend doesn't like cinnomon , she asked if they can replace the icecream into something else .. but the gal said cinnomon goes well with the apple tart , u should try . but my friend kept saying i dun like cinnamon .. then the gal said why dun u order the other dessert ?! come on ! use your brain . .can't u just said soemthing like OK no problem , maybe i can change into vanilla icecream for u ...

anyway .. as if i will ever go there again .. i should stick with KK's donut !

bar"木台"設計本是好的,但如果未能為食客帶來視覺享受,就不應將自己的手忙腳亂表露於人前。開講有話,眼不見為乾淨,open kitchen就應該企企理理,做菜時亦應注意衛生,呢頭落完單,就洗一洗手先整野食啦。

之前讀過有關的報章雜誌介紹,主廚的來頭不少,我亦希望在香港可以吃到所謂的三星米芝蓮甜品,但相信各方面也需要有所提升,才不失米芝蓮美譽。

好的食品,價錢不是問題,但個人認為,現在每份甜品只值不超過四十元(食物質素、環境加服務)。
