柏寧酒店staycation既第一日酒店唔再做醫護隔離酒店之後係kkday出左新優惠住柏寧套房有一千蚊dining credit送適逢佢地天台餐廳裝修完重開新推左以前無既半自助sunday brunch之前睇過呢間餐廳都幾靚有d興趣話說我地十二點去到都已經要排隊check in低價酒店就有呢種麻煩而且佢地無開放到lounge check in最後足足係大堂連等加搞左半個鐘雖然直接有房可以上但即係遲左成半個鐘先可以落到餐廳而呢個sunday brunch同自助餐一樣只係限時十二點至兩點半即係最後只係得番兩個鐘哭能左skye位於27樓雖然未算係酒店頂層但搭lift最高就只可以搭到呢一層再上就要行樓梯酒店聲稱上面空中花園有自家水耕種植物會提供比餐廳直用仲有個戶外證婚場地出lift右手邊上天台而左手邊就餐廳但個天花唔知做乜事仲話岩岩裝修完而家成個半製成品咁但佢係坐得舒服既應該係因為岩岩開番加上星期六所以都幾少人應該連半滿都無基本檯檯都可以坐到窗口位同四人檯有d仲有梳化位我地就普通四人圓檯但都夠晒闊落小盆栽口罩套全酒店都係呢一款後面基本就無人坐靜靜地係舒服既不過個天花真係破壞氣氛但個景又真係加番

咁其實skye見佢地平時價錢都唔算特別貴

以前做開四道菜果時已經想試

亦都漏左個雪葩

甜品我選了lemon meringue tart,lemon meringue 有檸檬香 ,甜度也可以,但雪糕太凍,也太硬。食物的溫度控制也是重要的一環。
朋友選了栗子mont blanc ,太甜了,兩位都吃剩。

慶祝生日,book咗銅鑼灣柏寧酒店頂樓上網睇咗好耐環境好靚,維港海景滿心歡喜,但食物強差人意點左兩個套餐食物水準好低餐包太硬又吾夠暖鵝肝煎得唔夠香,又多油龍蝦意粉,龍蝦好好味,但個意粉好林好梅牛面肉,牛肉好淋,但個醬汁又苦又難食基本上無一樣好食,但又吾算好難食但就吾值呢個價每樣都差少少,我覺得質素比一般西餐廳仲要差買單兩位$1500,我相信有8成係個景,食物價值2成,為左打卡而去,不要有任何期望。

鵝肝煎得唔夠香,又多油

龍蝦意粉,龍蝦好好味,但個意粉好林好梅
牛面肉,牛肉好淋,但個醬汁又苦又難食

基本上無一樣好食,但又吾算好難食
但就吾值呢個價

每樣都差少少,我覺得質素比一般西餐廳仲要差
買單兩位$1500,我相信有8成係個景,食物價值2成,為左打卡而去,不要有任何期望。

我同男朋友都覺得呢道嘅野食偏淡味,結果去到食甜品都毫無懸念,唔會好甜。
選擇唔算好多,都係慕絲、芝士蛋糕、泡芙嗰啲。
最特別係牛角包窩夫,出面好少有得食,可能整完喺度擺得耐,比較硬身,而且真係冇乜味,一定要加朱古力醬先好食。

overall都好食嘅,環境好chill,又有海景睇,枱同枱之間距離唔會好近,服務又好,週末放鬆好地方!

很久沒來Park Lane酒店,Skye跟之前的27樓餐廳裝修設計大大不同。Skye第一個感覺是十分modern且chic,以白主為主,感覺很年輕很有活力,瞥眼一看以為自己去了酒店的健身室🤣今日天氣好,酒店方面又安排了維園/海景靚位,吃飯的心情也特別靚。午餐一位HKD420。有頭盤、主菜、甜品及咖啡/茶。頭盤我叫了鵝肝,鵝肝煎到恰到好處,加上微酸的醬汁,100分。另外朋友叫的生蠔(+HKD80)也連連讚好。主菜方面我點了素食,香煎mushroom and mushroom foam。這是我近期吃過最好味的素食,有機會一定再encore。甜品方面反而沒有太大的驚喜。這頓飯真的吃得賞心悦目,Skye絕對值得再次光顧!

很久沒來Park Lane酒店,Skye跟之前的27樓餐廳裝修設計大大不同。Skye第一個感覺是十分modern且chic,以白主為主,感覺很年輕很有活力,瞥眼一看以為自己去了酒店的健身室🤣今日天氣好,酒店方面又安排了維園/海景靚位,吃飯的心情也特別靚。午餐一位HKD420。有頭盤、主菜、甜品及咖啡/茶。頭盤我叫了鵝肝,鵝肝煎到恰到好處,加上微酸的醬汁,100分。另外朋友叫的生蠔(+HKD80)也連連讚好。主菜方面我點了素食,香煎mushroom and mushroom foam。這是我近期吃過最好味的素食,有機會一定再encore。甜品方面反而沒有太大的驚喜。這頓飯真的吃得賞心悦目,Skye絕對值得再次光顧!

The deserts were also good, plenty of choices at the dessert trolley. The bread was also excellent which I had refills. The overall service from start to finish were friendly and professional. This is quite a good deal with special occasions or a regular indulgence. The price was $4xx+, my friend had the hotel dinning membership so after discount it was around $380.
