老朋友從海外回來渡假，約齊成班老友食晚飯，友人推介醒目仔小廚食海鮮。餐廳在廟街內，門面不太起眼但內裡簡潔，牆上掛着大廚得獎的獎牌。朋友點了幾款海鮮，有我最愛的椒鹽瀨尿蝦，好大隻又彈牙，豉油皇大海蝦只有一個字評語，正！蒜蓉蒸帶子蒸得剛剛好，肉質鮮甜，上面的粉絲金菇好好食。椒鹽鮮魷拼茄子冇得頂，粉漿鮮魷彈牙，茄子鬆脆。單尾炒飯煲仔上，飯粒粒分明唔油膩，好味！食到一粒飯都冇剩。真係超滿足！下次一定會再去。 continue reading
