蘇波榮SoBoring又名德昌里素食合作社一間不起眼但卻已在油麻地開業4年的素食合作社在虧損的情況下仍然以「自由定價」的形式經營為的就是希望在資本主義底下嘗試另一種可能性 - 共治社區理念盼望做到民主參與人人平等互助互利盼望改變香港這越來越冷漠只重視經濟利益的地方讓人感受到人與人之間的朋友關係朋友間互相關懷的溫暖-在香港經營合作社並非容易但在這麼困難的世代卻仍然有一班有心人願意做這些在別人眼中可能不設實際的事情實在難得-蘇波榮的食物款式每天都不同每一樣都是合作社成員一手一腳從採購到烹調精心準備的食材或許沒有連鎖餐廳的昂貴但味道卻很好吃下去時真的能感受到合作社成員的誠意感受到溫暖是有溫度的料理若果你愛香港這個家或許你需要到蘇波榮吃一頓飯觀察感受一下甚至與合作社成員傾談也許你會對香港重燃希望

Learned about So Boring as an alternative restaurant with a mission on food sustainability and went there with a friend.  Without knowing beforehand about the longer than usual wait time at this restaurant compared to other restaurants, I followed up with a service staff about my food order after waited for more than 30 minutes. The staff eventually brought my food and told me 'don't come next time'.  Fantastic.  How does a restaurant with an admirable mission and a staff member with such an abs
