最近我在土瓜灣的蘇記餐廳品嚐了他們的豬潤麵和水餃,真係好好食。當我端起那碗豬潤麵時,濃郁的香氣立刻撲鼻而來,麵條煮得剛剛好,彈牙有勁,讓人忍不住想多吃幾口。豬潤鮮嫩多汁,好林,一啲都沒有鞋,湯底清淡卻不失層次。接著是他們的水餃,皮薄餡多,包裹著新鮮的豬肉和木耳,鮮美的餡料在嘴裡爆開。

3, 魚蛋唔掂,好似雪藏完囉翻出嚟煮,魚蛋無魚味! 口感又唔彈牙! 劣品!

4, 牛腩碎令令好零碎,而且口感唔鬆軟死實實,味道又唔夠淡茂茂,又係劣品.

5, 油菜份量過少偷工減料.

女友小熊食第一粒魚蛋已經即時放棄哂D魚蛋同魚片,好明顯唔會再嚟幫襯了.

土瓜灣這個小區近年來一直在重建 很多店舖已經搬遷了 甚或敵不過租金結業了 難得蘇記仍屹立不倒 真的讓我很感動 🥲 雖然湯底和雲吞稍有不同 不過在我心中蘇記仍然有不會動搖的地位。

喺香港要嘆一碗真正好食嘅水餃麵其實真係一D都唔容易,因為水餃嘅製作過程比起製作雲吞複雜D,而且應有配料缺一不可,木耳、竹筍、鮮蝦、豬肉(肥肉)、大地魚粉一定要全部齊備,而且用料亦要夠好,包水餃嘅功夫亦都好講究,蘇記嘅水餃確實有水準,水餃本身包得好扎實,一咬落口就食到好濃嘅大地魚味,豬肉嘅肥瘦比例均衡,蝦肉都OK,木耳絲同筍絲就一定係爽脆,湯頭夠鮮,而且又有韮黃放入湯裡面,增添香氣,真係食過翻尋味呀!

又夜媽媽先食飯... 9點幾,轉轉下見到呢間小店,入面都幾多人,就試一試先。鮮蝦雲吞麵$26 :雲吞細細粒(5粒),但蝦很新鮮彈牙的,麵唔太多鹼水味,唔係落蔥係韭黃,份量足夠不算少,不錯不錯。配油菜 菜心$9: 份量夠,但味道一般,菜太老,起"渣"了。但加$9,合理價錢,味道也將就一下好了。環境:很細,店內約放了5張枱,每張坐4人到。店內人都7-8成滿~ 我見都幾多熟客仔, 同到阿姐吹下水, 阿姐又會知佢地叫開咩~應該係街坊老店~

原先唸住要牛肉撈伊麵既點知嗌左牛肉伊麵但估唔到以湯麵咁樣食又反而仲好食牛肉平時都稔同埋好食伊麵同湯底都係過得去特別在係佢地既辣豉油倒埋落去反而辣辣地仲好食

上上星期日,要到土瓜灣觀看好友的籃球賽,到達土瓜灣時,已餓得飢腸轆轆,在「人生路不熟」的情況下,便求其與男友走入一間麵館食碗麵。叫了墨丸粗+凍檸茶;男友要雲吞麵,此麵店最令我驚喜是點菜不是蔥加冬菜碎,而是小段切開的韮王,真很久沒見過。說回麵,麵質不彈牙,仲過腍,尤幸冇乜鹼水味,墨魚丸一點也不好食,好多粉,兼冇墨魚味。雲吞不得而知,因為沒試。而那杯凍檸茶來到時竟然沒加糖漿,轉告那位忙到啺晒腳的阿姐時,才知道是因為糖漿放錯位,所以落了雙重茶,她還很好禮貌說不好意思。雖然食物質素不太好,卻服務有禮。

昨日又去土瓜灣, 當然繼續試不同店子, 今次選擇了這間店.叫了牛腩麵+菜心全走.牛腩麵的賣相不佳, 只有兩塊薄牛腩和零碎的牛根, 像是賣剩似的. 牛根也算腍, 但牛腩卻又硬又鞋, 唔掂! 吃完後不久已經口渴, 又是重味精的後果......又是"一次玩完"的店子!
