My friend and I were craving for some Korean food, and this newly opened vegetarian restaurant — “Soil to Soul” — in K11 Musea just came in time for us to try, as well as satisfy our craving.K11 Musea is a maze, especially once you are above 5/F, you need to find a right lift to get you to 7/F, and then you need to spend some time to find the restaurant. Nevertheless, Soil to Soul has a nice environment decorated with pebbles, bamboos, and an indoor tiny waterfall which creates a nice river ASMR

K11 Musea is a maze, especially once you are above 5/F, you need to find a right lift to get you to 7/F, and then you need to spend some time to find the restaurant. This is no ordinary BiBimBap! Again, neither spicy nor salty, yet nicely and strongly flavored with fresh veggies like mushroom and the greens on top. We were recommended to eat it with the broth in case we found this tasted too strong. Adding the broth to the rice gave a “new dish” as yummy congee.

The herbal tea was a beetroot tea, which tasted quite funny, yet went well with the desserts. The tiny piece of nut cake (right) and pear jelly (left) marked a perfect end to an unexpectedly filling, delicious and healthy lunch. Would definitely love to come back again when there is a new menu.

甜點方面,可愛小巧,猶如日本的和菓子,造型特別,賣相精美。甜點味道大部份偏淡,甜度不高。外皮比較硬實,有點像年糕的口感呀~當中我最愛韓國富有柿合桃卷,軟中帶脆的感覺,很有趣呢。
