今晚經過西九龍，想食有湯嘅野，所以就走左入去湯加試試佢哋嘅食物。黃酒薑絲煮雞（配三色飯）呢道黃酒薑絲煮雞真係充滿咗濃郁嘅中式風味。雞肉煮得非常嫩滑，浸滿咗黃酒同薑絲嘅香氣，黃酒嘅淡淡酒香同薑嘅辛辣嘅融合，令雞肉更加鮮甜。整道菜非常適合喺天氣寒冷嘅日子享用(雖然香港仲未凍)，食完之後感覺特別暖胃。腐皮墨魚卷腐皮煎得香脆，內餡係墨魚，口感彈牙而鮮嫩，但有少少油。呢道菜係一道非常適合分享嘅小食。🐟🥢酸辣盧魚酸辣盧魚係一道充滿刺激味覺嘅菜式。盧魚煮得嫩滑，酸辣醬汁嘅味道好有層次，酸中帶辣，但唔會掩蓋魚嘅鮮味。酸辣嘅比例調得非常好，酸味開胃，辣味又唔會過分強烈，令魚肉更加突出。呢道菜非常適合鍾意重口味嘅朋友。🐠🌶️ continue reading

呢到係要用QR CODE 落單，系統又慢，叫職員落單，職員係唔會幫你落。之後我就等咗好耐，個system load咗好耐，張單重覆咗我叫既野2次，我同個職員講張單重覆，個職員拎入廚房講話客人㩒錯，廚房即鬧。我都同時出聲，係system load錯，點會同一張單double 哂3個餐呀。。廚房師父就衝出廚房想睇下邊個人咁樣講，都幾有挑釁性。諗住新開試下，一次就不了 continue reading
