今晚經過西九龍,想食有湯嘅野,所以就走左入去湯加試試佢哋嘅食物。黃酒薑絲煮雞(配三色飯)呢道黃酒薑絲煮雞真係充滿咗濃郁嘅中式風味。雞肉煮得非常嫩滑,浸滿咗黃酒同薑絲嘅香氣,黃酒嘅淡淡酒香同薑嘅辛辣嘅融合,令雞肉更加鮮甜。整道菜非常適合喺天氣寒冷嘅日子享用(雖然香港仲未凍),食完之後感覺特別暖胃。腐皮墨魚卷腐皮煎得香脆,內餡係墨魚,口感彈牙而鮮嫩,但有少少油。呢道菜係一道非常適合分享嘅小食。🐟🥢酸辣盧魚酸辣盧魚係一道充滿刺激味覺嘅菜式。盧魚煮得嫩滑,酸辣醬汁嘅味道好有層次,酸中帶辣,但唔會掩蓋魚嘅鮮味。酸辣嘅比例調得非常好,酸味開胃,辣味又唔會過分強烈,令魚肉更加突出。呢道菜非常適合鍾意重口味嘅朋友。🐠🌶️

呢到係要用QR CODE 落單,系統又慢,叫職員落單,職員係唔會幫你落。之後我就等咗好耐,個system load咗好耐,張單重覆咗我叫既野2次,我同個職員講張單重覆,個職員拎入廚房講話客人㩒錯,廚房即鬧。我都同時出聲,係system load錯,點會同一張單double 哂3個餐呀。。廚房師父就衝出廚房想睇下邊個人咁樣講,都幾有挑釁性。諗住新開試下,一次就不了
