To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 湯加有個二人餐睇落好吸引, 價錢又平, 有飯有湯有菜有肉又有魚, 仲有飲品, 睇落真係幾好 , 但味道真係超級普通, 唔係話好難食, 但一定話不上好食, 飲品更加一言難盡, 見到門口餐牌有烤魚, 下次諗唔到食咩可能會過黎試下, 因為都幾平.

之前已經食過覺得幾好食，今次再試多一次，不過質素好似有啲下降。一路都鍾意佢嘅鹹蛋芥菜肉片湯飯，可以揀三色飯，感覺健康啲。今次個湯底整得鹹咗啲，不過勝在熱辣辣，而且芥菜同肉片都好多，肉片夠腍，加埋皮蛋，撈飯係最佳配搭。另外要睇嘅係香炸雞翼，炸得好香脆，腌得夠入味，入面啲肉夠嫩滑！

放工去食晚飯，入去見桌面無人收拾東西。叫咗蒸魚飯，我等咗30分鐘有多，當我催問侍應後，侍應才話俾我知冇落單，一而再再而三無落單，服務態度好差。去咗兩次幫襯兩次都無落單，真係好失望。

年初四, 抖埋呢日就要開工了!下午出咗去珀麗灣, 返到屋企都已經好晏了, 同2 個主子清潔完, 就決定晚餐叫外賣啦!望完一輪見到湯加個魚湯咸旦芥菜肉片淮山麵好吸引, 於是就決定食呢間啦! 等咗30 分鐘外賣就好啦! 嚟到先知原來湯加同魚米係同一集團。首先麵同湯係分開嘅, 唔會浸到D 麵淋晒。湯料都足, 見到好多肉片同芥菜, 仲有成隻咸旦黃! 正! 不過湯就略嫌偏咸, 如果淡返D 會好D! 下次都會試下其他湯。
