一個週末晚上,我喺網上發現呢間海鮮酒家,感覺幾唔錯,就帶埋我家人一齊嚟呢度食晚餐。當時點咗幾樣嘢食,第一個就係羊腩煲。呢個係放喺砂鍋煮嘅,端上嚟時,香味撲鼻而來,睇落就好有食慾。羊腩燉得軟腍,非常入味。呢邊嘅炭燒乳豬睇落好正,擺盤又靚。乳豬烤得好脆,肉又嫩。我家人食嘅時候,仲聽到脆皮喺嘴度被咬嘅聲音。之後我哋仲點咗一盤伊面,呢個伊面係配芝士龍蝦。龍蝦肉配埋佢哋調嘅芝士醬汁,配埋伊面一齊食,食完仲想再食,好滿足。服務員端上一盤青菜,臘味炒芥蘭。新鮮嘅芥蘭配埋咸香嘅臘味,係我哋之前未試過嘅味道,非常特別又好食。最後,我哋仲點咗幾瓶啤酒配埋。呢餐真係食得太滿足,太過癮啦。無論係羊腩煲定係乳豬,配埋啤酒真係太滿足啦。呢間舖頭嘅嘢食都令我哋回味無窮,期待下次聚餐可以再嚟試多啲菜餚。 continue reading

前幾日約咗幾個朋友去【南苑海鮮酒家】食晚餐,呢間酒樓喺附近都算幾出名,特別係海鮮同燒味,啱啱好啲朋友都想試吓,咁就揀咗呢度!首先嚟咗招牌元朗楊氏烏頭,魚肉滑嫩,配埋個清淡嘅豉油蒜蓉汁,入口鮮甜,完全冇腥味,好啱啱啲唔太鍾意重口味嘅人。跟住上咗炭燒乳豬,皮燒到脆卜卜,帶有一陣陣炭香,肉又唔會太肥,好啱配啤酒食青菜我哋揀咗臘味炒芥蘭,呢個簡單又出色,臘味帶出咗陣陣鹹香,仲有少少油潤感,炒芥蘭又夠火喉,食落有啲爽口。最後當然唔少得叉燒,肉質嫩滑,甜甜地但又唔會太膩,係嗰種你食幾塊都唔會嫌多嘅感覺!呢餐食得幾滿足,味道實在,價錢又合理,難怪咁多人推薦!遲啲都想帶屋企人再嚟試吓其他餸菜~ continue reading
