午餐套餐有$88至$168不等,已經包前菜湯或咖啡,一個主菜同埋飲品。食物質素非常高,所有餐具亦都非常精緻。絕對係中上環區午餐嘅好選擇。餐廳環境亦都非常之好,由於人客不太多,絕對係傾偈嘅首選。意粉微辣非常惹味。南瓜意大利飯亦係超出預期。我哋亦都加咗錢叫咗兩個甜品。火焰火山非常大份,亦都好有儀式感。另外一個係crème brûlée, 連同開心果雪糕,非常好食。餐廳有兩層,地下嗰層有好大個長枱,可以同時容納10幾人。公司一班人食飯就最啱啦。

今次介紹嘅係一間地點不太方便,隱藏於摩囉街古董舖之中嘅特色fusion餐廳,餐廳將中菜特色fusion西班牙傳統菜式🇪🇸,感覺令人煥然一新😌 可能老闆想襯返摩羅街喇,新舊融合呀嘛🤣 而我哋最欣賞嘅係,呢間餐廳每上一道菜,都有侍應去介紹每一道菜及建議食法,呢啲好似好普通嘅嘢,不過喺宜家呢個速食世代已經買少見少🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻避風塘雞軟骨($98):佢係一鍋上,無錯,真係一鍋咁上,好大份😱 炸雞軟骨大大舊,而且仲有雞肉痴住,食落口感香脆,最驚喜嘅係佢哋個避風塘嘅香、辣等調味處理得好好,大量嘅炸蒜/辣椒🌶️ 越食越過癮慢煮八爪魚配加泰隆尼亞汁($138):西班牙作為沿海城市,八爪魚都係佢哋嘅食材,呢味八爪魚完全表現出新鮮,點解我哋咁講?係因為餐廳用咗真空慢煮嘅煮法令到八爪魚鬚一啲都唔韌,彈彈吓咁,而且咬落好juicy添🤤 襯埋個加泰隆尼亞汁,味道帶少少酸,幾開胃👍🏻西班牙蒜片蝦($168):份量唔多,得6-7隻左右,呢度要扣分!😔 撇除份量唔夠呢個缺點之外,橄欖油盡吸蒜片、辣椒嘅香氣,然後緊緊咁包住蝦肉,蝦肉爽口彈牙😍 食完後仲可以將附上嘅麵包沾少少盡吸蒜片、辣椒香氣嘅橄欖油🥹北京填鴨扁意粉($188):呢度我哋真係佩服大廚,居然可以將傳統嘅片皮鴨,再用上fusion手法去煮個意粉。首先大廚將海鮮醬調校成汁再煮扁意粉,令到個意粉有少少掛汁嘅狀態,食落有海鮮醬嘅味道。而傳統片皮鴨果部分,餐廳就用咗鴨胸,而且係厚切,令到每一啖咬落去啲鴨油咇出嚟🤤 最抵死嘅係佢連傳統片皮鴨嘅京蔥薑絲都有,食一啖意粉,再將一舊鴨胸連京蔥薑絲點少少海鮮醬食,食完之後個感覺好似真係食完片皮鴨咁😂四川麻辣黑毛豬扁意粉($178):佢哋啲豬肉都係厚切,而且份量多,不過要注意嘅係呢味菜味道就相對麻辣。佢哋嘅調味就同傳統嘅四川菜一樣,有香、麻、最後先辣,而且意份都係掛汁嘅,佢哋嘅黑毛豬豬肉冇雪味(可能因為四川調味太濃,我哋都食唔出啦🤫),口感唔講以為食緊牛肉啊🤯 越食就越辣,越辣就越想繼續食,好鬼正🥵食咗咁多又熱氣又辣嘅嘢,我哋都忍唔住叫咗個甜品蛋白杏仁茶焦糖燉蛋($88):佢哋連甜品都fusion咗傳統中式甜品蛋白杏仁茶,同侍應交流後,我哋知道,原來餐廳老闆用咗好多方法想將杏仁茶嘅滑融合落去焦糖燉蛋度,不過用咗好多方法都唔成功,而家我哋食到嘅已經係最成功嘅一個方法喇。講返個甜品,甜品唔會太甜,面頭嘅焦糖厚薄適中,我哋最怕焦糖又厚又硬,咬到牙都崩🤓 而且甜品係附送少少生果及開心果味gelato,以呢個價嚟講算合理😌特別一提,餐廳嘅wine list 以呢個規模嘅餐廳來講都幾齊全,有傳統嘅汽、白、紅葡萄酒(唔記得有冇Sauternes🤔),去到spirits 都有,睇得出老闆應該係愛飲之人,我哋期待下次可以試吓佢哋嘅雞尾酒。小小總結啦,呢間餐廳食物質素、創作心思都好好,唯獨是係價錢略為進取,如果價錢可以向下微調少少,我相信佢就算開到喺沙頭角,都有一大班fans入去支持。

Poor service and communication.We made a dinner reservation for 2 but went in earlier for happy hour. The lady waiter did not greet us when we walked in, she walked us to the table and left the menus without saying a word. I was slightly put off at this moment but didn’t want to ruin the mood.I noticed the happy hour buy 1 get 1 offer (Mon- thur until 8pm) on the table stand flyer, which we weren’t informed of. We proceeded to order 2 cocktails. After the meal I asked for the bill and the lady bluntly asked you girls aren’t going for another round? I said no. She handed over the bill and I saw they charged the drinks at full price so I asked about the happy hour offer, she rudely said that’s why I asked if you want another round, you need to order 4 drinks! At this point I felt like we were scammed and the situation was handled poorly. We walked out feeling very disappointed.The food was decent (wish portion is bigger) it’s a shame that the customer service was disappointing. They need to clarify the happy hour offer is for PER PERSON both in writing and in person. Or simply state buy 2 get 2 on the flyer! It was very misleading.I do not recommend this restaurant. There are better options out there.

朋友生日, book咗上環好有情調嘅小酒館食飯,呢度主打fusion菜,我睇開我嘅朋友都知我好鍾意試新嘢~~~所以成餐飯full of surprise🥰由於食得太多嘢,所以分為上下兩集,今日就講吓前菜同埋主菜先😆❤️ 前菜✨Saliva Chicken 檸檬口水雞 $88 口水雞全部都冇骨,好啱懶人食~檸檬嘅酸味可以中和口水醬嘅辣味,味道亦都會更加有層次,酸酸辣辣咁樣,好過癮🤭✨Belly Bao 乳豬腩夾膜 $128必食❗❗❗通常呢啲夾膜嘅餡料通常已經冧咗,係呢個西班牙style嘅乳豬Keep到卜卜脆,肉質好soft,夾膜個皮一啲都唔硬,軟林林,一啖有唔同口感,超正❤️🔥✨Pulpo 慢煮八爪魚配加泰龍尼亞汁 $138平視我好怕食八爪魚,因為好難煮得好,通常都好韌,呢度用咗慢煮所以可以令肉質軟腍,加上特製嘅Romesco醬汁,天衣無縫。✨Beef Salad Bowl 封門柳沙律碗 $138全部菜都勁新鮮,加埋輕輕燒過嘅封門柳,生熟啱啱好,保留肉汁!所以食菜嘅時候都好大浸肉味hahah❤️ 主菜✨火焰三黃春雞 Roasted France Yellow Spring Chicken $288店員加入玫瑰露再點火,外皮酥脆惹味,三黃春雞黃油味超正,嫩滑多汁,又啖啖肉!!✨Flank Steak with kimchi sauce 側腹牛排配泡菜沙沙汁 (12oz) $388入口肉質軟腍,香盈肉汁慢慢釋出,濃郁的牛香令人迷醉🤤✨糖醋豬肋骨 $268賣相嚟講佢真係臥虎藏龍,面頭用咗蛋漿煎成嘅雀巢造型,冚住入邊嘅豬肋骨,好似開盲盒咁樣😳味道嚟講呢個係平時糖醋骨嘅變奏版,用咗西式嘅ribs,外皮酥脆,醬汁酸酸甜甜!!✨慢煮八爪魚配伊比利亞肉餅飯 $198 主菜嚟講佢係mvp❗❗❗伊比利亞肉餅加咗羊肚菌,所以令到成個肉餅同埋飯勁香,一上台我哋已經流晒口水!老闆話以前用意大利米,而家轉咗日本米,可以做到有飯焦嘅口感,每一粒飯粒粒分明👍🏻👍🏻✨北京填鴨扁意粉 $188 有別普通酒樓嘅北京填鴨,換上鴨胸,油脂感更加香,但係配菜同醬汁,沿用左北京填鴨嘅做法,建議加少少京蔥、意粉、鴨胸,一啖食落口好滿足👅✨黑椒封門柳扁意粉 $138 佢嘅味道完全係茶餐廳風格,但係就換咗封門柳,好搞笑><❤️ Drinks✨Alchemy $148 呢個影得勁靚,一上枱就有店員點火,打卡一流,唔飲得都睇得啦!(但係其實飲落都好正,飲落甜甜地,有啲蜜桃味,女仔好啱!)✨Golden Chrysanthemun Tea $128尼杯加咗菊花茶、菠蘿汁同桂花,好清新,搭配gin簡直係perfect match✨Peekaboo $128個樣已經係中西合璧嘅代表,用咗萬壽無疆嘅杯,加入elderflower and cranberry juice,會帶酸酸甜甜,加埋薑嘅辣味唔會喧賓奪主,鍾意特別嘅你一定要試呢杯!!✨Exotic Delight $128呢杯就有啲泰國風情,加咗香茅味,好似thai massage 嘅welcome drink 咁❤️ Desserts 最驚喜一定係呢個環節!✨火焰雪山已經買少見少,整得好更加難,因為整得唔好,啲酒味會喧賓奪主,呢度做得啱啱好,出面嘅蛋白整到好soft,我以為係入口即溶,中間係蛋糕部份,最入面係雪糕,成件事嘅口感好輕盈!係我人生中食過最好食嘅火焰雪山❗❗❗✨Crème brûlée 焦糖燉蛋配雪糕呢度嘅Crème brûlée唔會好甜,中間仲食到粒粒雲呢拿籽,隔離嘅雪糕係我最鍾意嘅開心果味,好少餐廳會有開心果味雪糕,好香濃!餐廳分咗上下兩層,好似迷宮+私竇咁樣,好正,老闆絕對係有品味嘅人!如果多啲人嘅話都可以book房,有得唱埋K~~好耐都冇去過一間餐廳係各方面都超出我預期,誠心推介俾大家,一定要打電話book爆佢!同埋用埋我私人醒你哋嘅9️⃣折優惠💕💕💕💕 @hk_playneat

如果想食多樣化美食,呢間絕對是一個值得造訪的餐廳!我叫左好多款🤣,整體我覺得唔錯~係好食既!1. 黑椒封門柳扁意粉:意粉煮得剛好,帶有一點嚼勁。牛肉新鮮!2. 慢煮八爪魚肉餅飯:呢個煲仔飯不得了!我個人非常推薦!飯好香,好好食!八爪魚好彈牙,口感豐富,飯煮得岩岩好.每一粒飯分明,唔硬又唔淋身!飯底部有微焦,可以食到少少飯焦,增添了一種香脆既口感。👍🏻👍🏻3. 火焰三黃春雞:這道火焰三黃春雞在上桌時給人留下了深刻的印象。火焰效果,給用餐體驗增添了一份樂趣。打卡不錯的👍🏻4. 糖醋豬肋骨:這道糖醋豬肋骨是一道傳統的中式美食,豬肋骨肉質鮮嫩好淋唔‘鞋’,醬汁的甜酸口味恰到好處,讓人一口接一口。這道菜適合喜愛中式糖醋口味的人品嚐。5. 側腹牛排配泡菜沙沙汁:牛排烤得剛好,外脆內嫩,肉質鮮美。這間餐廳每一道菜也有特色,不會太細碟食唔飽,每道菜份量也很足!
