南山邨除左有品香樓,其實係隔離既意粉工房都唔錯。本身係叫糖室,專做甜品,依加轉左手(定轉左型😂)主打平民意粉,甜品就聽聞係夜晚9點後會有(好似係🙈)。先講下麻辣鴨胸意粉($48),麵身唔會太冧,因為唔想食太辣所以叫左小小辣,鴨胸煎得好香,呢款意粉都幾惹味。份量以我晚餐咁細食黎講,都算ok。飲品跟餐半價,或者加10蚊乳酪雪糕筒又得。另外我又試左個香蒜欖油哈哈哈意粉($50),係用蝦、蝦乾、櫻花蝦煮成,口感層次分明,蝦肉夠爽滑,蝦乾有咬口,加埋啲香蒜,配搭中式得黎又唔突兀。總括而言,呢間餐廳既意粉走既係有小小偏住家意粉既風格,意粉黎講價錢親民,值得一試。

另外我又試左個香蒜欖油哈哈哈意粉($50),係用蝦、蝦乾、櫻花蝦煮成,口感層次分明,蝦肉夠爽滑,蝦乾有咬口,加埋啲香蒜,配搭中式得黎又唔突兀。

總括而言,呢間餐廳既意粉走既係有小小偏住家意粉既風格,意粉黎講價錢親民,值得一試。

呢度食質素唔係食環境,出面食一碟意大利粉,呢度可以食兩至三碟,價錢我無準確記低,大約係$48/$52一碟意粉卡邦尼意粉比起其他名牌cafe好,廚師唔係用忌廉做汁,而係用左蛋汁,簡直係臥虎藏龍,呢種聽聞係意大利正宗做法,心機手工不在話下,食起來爽滑不油膩,肉又多又厚好好味,大排檔都有外國嘅口味,抵到爛。呢個焗雞扒意粉係招牌菜,即叫即焗,預返15分鐘,皮脆脆肉嫩滑,仲有香草添。由於呢間店已成為我飯堂,放左工都有平靚正既野食真係好難得,成日特登叫老闆做個合併,黑松露雞扒意粉,都只係80蚊有找,出面食個松露都要$130啦。意粉亦夠大份,都有好多男人捧場客。食左咁多餐,墨汁意粉我都試過,有蝦,蜆,八爪魚仔,仲有芝士粉,正!佢仲有個辣汁鴨胸意粉,無影到相,我都叫過唻食,無得輸!又夠飽肚甜品底有少少好似朱古力漿咁,仲有咖啡味同幾種味。越來越多city學生識得唻食,仲成班人唻,好在室內都仲有好多位

意粉工房
開左冇耐
上手係一間甜品
再上手係一間茶記

我叫左一個青芥末海鮮意粉 同埋凍菜蜜
外表平凡 但味道好好
青芥末味剛好 不會太濃
海鮮係普通雪藏海鮮
但吾會有好大雪味
最重要果部份-意粉
意粉軟硬度剛好 亦吾係用廢廢的意粉
有d 意粉 食到成口粉 又吾好食


但呢碟意粉性價比好高👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

除左意粉仲有其他飯同小食

喺呢頭返開工,見到轉左新嘢食,就試吓新屎坑啦!裝修都係行工業風(即係水泥墻),感覺唔錯,可能係晏晝啦,款式唔算多,但可以揀意粉或飯我哋叫左香辣海苔醬墨魚腸意粉瑞士雞翼飯脆皮雞扒意粉肉醬意粉加牛丸上到嚟都幾大碟,意粉唔會太林,味道亦都唔會太咸,整體來講唔錯,最推介嘅係脆皮雞扒,個雞扒好大塊,層皮好脆,好似食緊乳豬咁,不過嘢飲個杯,好似同成個餐廳都唔係好襯,用茶記啲塑膠杯,如果可以改用玻璃杯啊,或者係透明嘅塑膠杯會好好多囉。
