To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友join左package,包括嘉麟樓既6道菜晚餐,前菜琥珀合桃香脆好食,蜜汁叉燒&花雕醉雞,兩樣都好食,叉燒肉質鬆軟,但個人較喜歡醉雞多d,蒓菜蟹肉魚肚羹,味道偏淡,但蟹肉魚肚都幾多,唔錯,蝦肉爽口彈牙,亦都夠大隻,每一隻蝦都掛滿咸蛋黃,香口好食,野菌扒時蔬,松露翡翠帶子炒飯,黎既時候已經聞到好香既松露,炒飯粒粒分別軟熟,入口唔會過油,松露亦無蓋過其他食材味道,朋友覺得好淡,反而我覺得唔錯,紅豆沙湯圓中規中矩,兩款糕點,士多啤梨亞麻籽有d驚喜,味道比起另一件黑芝麻好味,嘉麟樓既出品係唔錯,雖然只係package既其中一部分,但員工既服務,食物質素亦無因而下降,值得一試。

結論:我以前屋企都有買半島酒店(普通嗰隻)嘅月餅,覺得味道都ok嘅,咁何苦要買呢個嘉麟樓月餅呢?講到尾,我覺得買得「半島酒店」月餅,都係為左個名,送禮時懶係有face啲、豪氣啲,咁普普通通半島月餅就得架。
而如果真係為左食野嘅話,我建議你買出面正正常常嘅奶黃月餅/奶黃留心月餅好過啦

嘉麟樓的裝潢古色古香,充滿着六七十年代上海舊餐廳的感覺,還播著老上海的歌,很有氣氛。我們叫了蟹枣、茶皇煙燻脆皮雞、生根竹笙柚皮煲、桂花梨黑醋排骨。🦀這個蟹枣賣相很可愛,有幾隻小螃蟹作裝飾,還有炸過的欖菜和麥皮,鹹鹹甜甜的,味道不錯。蟹枣內有蝦和一絲絲的蟹肉很鮮甜。🐓茶皇煙燻脆皮雞,咬下去有淡淡的茶香味,雞皮很脆得像薯片一樣,肉質嫩滑,就算是雞胸肉也多汁。🐖桂花梨黑醋排骨的賣相吸引,梨子被桂花糖浸過,有一陳桂花香,排骨甜甜的,好吃。🎋柚子皮是功夫菜,柚子皮煮得剛剛好,配上竹笙很生根,很美味。

早兩年嘉麟樓月餅供不應求,啲人高價搶購,老闆都送咗盒嘉麟樓月餅俾我,外形除咗樣衰兼象腳,奶黃餡太過奶味唔夠香滑,並不好食,今年因為疫情關係,出邊大把貨冇人搶購,有朋友送咗一盒俾我,包裝一流好靚,有兩層可以兩邊推開,雖然今年個樣比舊年好好多,只有少許象腳,但味到依舊太過奶味,唔夠香滑,切咗一個皮肉分離,再切第二個就好些少,有時名牌並不一定係好

侍應介紹原來福鼎銀針白毫竟然是壽眉的一種....不過和壽眉不同的是,茶葉內混合了一些銀芽,即是銀針白毫,所以泡出來的味道會和壽眉有著少許的分別
它的茶味比起明前龍井更濃郁甘醇,同時亦帶著淡淡的花香味,香氣芬馥,芳香四溢,感覺上就好像正在喝花茶一樣,口感清新而細膩,讓人一試傾心,念念不忘
最後值得一提的是,這些茶葉都只能泡在熱水中數秒而已,泡久了便會變得苦澀了

叉燒是典型的半肥瘦叉燒,雖然肉質十分豐腴肥美,口感飽滿之餘亦充滿著濃濃的肉汁,而且男友亦很喜歡這種味道,但是叉燒內裡竟然含有一些「筋位」,我需要用盡九牛二虎之力並且咀嚼了很久才能勉強吞嚥,但是個人覺得在這種級數的餐廳,不應該存在這種貨色,所以餐廳下次應該先切除一些「筋位」會比較好

最後便來到甜品的環節了,不得不讚餐廳對甜品的設計真的花了很多花思,盛載著西米布甸的器皿是不單止充滿著濃濃的中式氣息,更有「常滿」兩個字,簡直是一個別出心裁的設計

總結來說,我知道自己今次可能對食物的要求會比較高和嚴格一些,但是我覺得它作為全香港少數最為頂尖的中菜餐廳,它的食物味道、質素以及員工的服務態度,都應該要對得住它的價錢以及招牌,而今次的味道雖然都算是出色的,但是整體而言還未達到回味無窮的地步,所以期待有朝一日我可以品嚐到 2020年香港米芝蓮三星的中菜餐廳 ~ 唐閣以及龍景軒!
