To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 去半島酒店食飯,總是抱著一個期待的心情,由入座至下單試菜,職員都是nice的~ 我中午12點入口,有散檯幾張,環境雅致,聽到音樂,但一去到1點左右,很多貴婦們,以及一身珠光寶氣的長者們入座,頓時嘈吵了很多,跟一個鐘前的感受差很遠,職員也頓時應接不暇。食品質素是預期之內,印象特別深刻是叉燒酥、金魚餃,以及前菜的琥珀合桃,最好食真的是琥珀合桃!餐牌上點心大部分是3件,但高級酒店級數是可以用單件來叫,所以我們兩位就可以每人一件,正好每樣輕嚐。

已經有5年沒有來臨這家一星粵菜館了,心裏也著實有點兒期待,所以就和家人簡單點了幾道推介菜式。上莱前每人一小杯免費的羅漢果茶,微涼消暑潤喉。龍蝦雲吞,其實就是炸雲吞,但內裏換了龍蝦肉,新鮮炸起,味道還好。豆腐斑腩煲,味道香濃而不鹹,班腩肉質嫩滑出色,配菜的枝竹和冬菇也非常入味,好味道。上湯浸菠菜苗,菠菜苗非常嫩綠,好吃。黃酒花膠雞煲,花雕味出,花膠不算大但夠厚身,雞肉也算嫩,不錯。嘉麟樓炒飯,用得店舖名作為菜式名,就知道店舖對這道菜式非常之有信心,而事實上這個炒飯也真的非常出色,每粒飯炒得粒粒分明,還有些少微焦,份外香口。飯後甜點,桂花糕和馬仔,兩個都很好吃。環境服務烹調也保持水準,除了性價比差一點外,其他都非常滿意。

We were very surprised and delighted to find the dish ginger and pig’s knuckle with egg in black vinegar. Quality is brilliant and it’s rare to find in Chinese restaurants nowadays. We also enjoyed the taste and presentation of scallop dumplings with pomegranate very much. We wanted to order the crab meat vermicelli to end the meal but the roast pork puff, taro puff and the glutinous rice were rather oily so we skipped and just had mango puddings instead.

因為自己生日,可以食好d,咁就試下on list 的嘉麟樓。裝修真係好古色古香,背景音樂係有電視劇裏面夜上海的感覺。一般去到高級酒樓,就會點普洱茶,係可以試得出酒樓究竟對茶葉有幾注重。我香港交流的普洱茶唔錯,幾香醇。由於唔知點揀,所以直接叫左個人頭價$688 的套餐,另外爸爸想試下燒味,再額外叫多個化皮乳豬,部長好好,提醒我地可能會太多,建議我地要半份就好了。當然我地覺得要一整份都無問題的。首先上台的係叉燒拼海蜇頭,厚切叉燒,肥瘦剛剛好,但對我來說味道偏甜,至於海蜇頭好爽脆。然後就是化皮乳豬,鬆脆的皮及肉中間夾了一片麵包,爸爸表示真係入口職化,好好食,我麵認同的。接著是幾味海鮮主菜,我覺味食材和醬料的味道不調和,甚至乎互相搶風頭。反而個瑤柱羹係好出色,好香好足料,滿滿一口都是瑤柱,但我就建議可以省略切絲的花膠,切成絲的花膠失去了花膠原有煙銀充滿膠質口感。火鴨炒飯好夠鑊氣,我食到啖啖肉。全個餐最出色的係蛋白杏仁茶,我食過最好味的蛋白杏仁茶,蛋白真係好滑,我估計打蛋白係輕輕蒸過,在碗底成形,再沖杏仁茶落去,食到我心心眼。最後係送的美點相輝,一見到個籠就想帶返屋企,合桃酥好食,椰汁糕我只可以

咕嚕肉個汁做得好,西班牙黑豚豬又係好淋好好食
脆鱔,呢個menu係冇嘅,舊餸嚟,要識食同預先訂定先有得食~勁正!個脆鱔俾蜜糖封住,好脆,個鱔又冇骨,啖啖肉!佢上面果d一條條嘢應該係薑嚟,因為成個餸我食到一個好balance嘅薑味~
龍蝦湯泡飯,呢個不得了!個龍蝦湯你會feel到係用咗好多龍蝦熬,好濃味!當中仲有一股蕃茄味,唔會大家互搶,好味!
紅蝦小籠包,估你唔到平時西餐先會食嘅紅蝦,做成小籠包係咁香,佢好似龍蝦味但更香!
個金魚餃呢。。係唔係好靚呢!
甜品涼粉,估唔到椰皇加菠蘿個味係咁清,仲有上枱果嘢騰雲駕霧真係俾佢嚇親~
其實仲有叫咗幾個點心嘅,都正常質素就冇post上嚟啦~
食完之後原本諗住轉場,但真係冇地方轉,所以就再叫咗杯冬日暖飲陳皮檸檬茶,佢陳皮味好香好甘又冇苦澀味,個紅茶底又ok,成個嘢飲好好飲!
最最後就係個餐前小食琥珀合桃,更好味!我好唔知醜咁不斷refill,仲要外賣2盒返屋企!
成個lunch由1pm玩到5:30pm,非常之盡興!

此道點心是店內的主打之一,師傅將其外型製作成金魚模樣,造型可愛精緻,很是適合用作打卡拍照。金魚餃餃皮厚薄適中,內層釀入龍蝦肉作餡料,整體口感煙韌彈牙,軟糯鮮嫩。其餘配料分別有白蘿蔔、燕窩,兩款食材均浸有龍蝦湯調味,因而色澤呈現橙紅,口感鮮味十足,鹹香入味,蘿蔔清香軟腍,燕窩爽滑香醇。

雪燕陳皮桂花燉雪梨
清澈見底的糖水端上桌時已可聞到清香撲鼻,飲用時滋潤清甜,味道有著桂花芳香,雪梨亦燉得軟腍入味,是飯後用作解膩解鹹的滋補美顏佳品。

總結而言,餐廳裝潢優雅高貴,富有老上海的懷舊情調,菜餚賣相精緻美觀,用作打卡拍照亦很是適合,食物質素味道雖合乎預期,但部份醬料食材製作偏鹹,略有改善會進步。
