Staunton's Wine Bar & Cafe (Under Renovation)

I recently dined at Stauntons Bar & Kitchen and while the ambiance and food were enjoyable, I was disappointed to find an error in our bill after leaving the restaurant. We were charged for two bottles of Chiaro Pinot Grigio, while we only ordered and consumed one.This oversight led to an overcharge, which we only noticed after leaving the premises. 在中環長電梯的這間英式酒吧最近重開，星期一至日每天都超級多人！這晚終於擠到一個位置來朝聖，場內氣氛很好，大家都是一杯啤酒開懷暢飲，主菜小食到甜品都有不少選擇，我喜歡選一些佐酒菜式。🔹Sizzling Prawns & chorizo上桌已經聞到很香的蒜蓉味，煎到金黃的蝦爽口彈牙，和香口的辣肉腸一起吃味道豐富，放在麵包上吃也不錯。🔹Fish Fingers新鮮炸好的炸魚搭配自己調製的薄荷青豆醬和塔塔醬吃，建議大家沾前者，這個超清新的味道比較少見，魚很嫩滑外層夠脆但不油～～🔹Korean Fried Chicken賣相和一般韓式炸雞有點不一樣，一口大小方便吃，醬汁微辣，口感偏軟身。🔹Bangers and Mash看到那一層厚厚的薯蓉我雙眼發亮了🤩這個薯蓉打得非常綿密，最優秀是裡面還有薯仔粒，所以整盤是薯仔也不會膩，那個醬汁才是精華所在，看似像KFC 雞汁但味道卻沒有它濃郁，這恰當的味道讓你一直吃薯蓉，搭配脆皮多汁的香腸，強推！🔹Sticky Toffee Pudding拖肥醬完全不會令你覺得太heavy，反而提升了朱古力蛋糕的味道，冰甜的雲呢拿雪糕和兩者一起吃味道超豐富，吃完真的會想再吃

本來一開始不是來這家餐廳，結果在附近找到了這一家，當天沒什麼客人，但意外發現他們的主菜也是滿好吃的~前菜我就忽略了，畢竟相對也很普通而且每次都不一樣的~主菜：Salmon Fillet HK$98火候把握得好，把三文魚煎得肉質很滑嫩，味道滿好吃Linguini Prawn Pasta HK$98味道比賣相更出眾，有點驚喜微微的辣可能因為橄欖油的關係，麵條很濕潤蝦肉新鮮吃起來很有胃口，不會覺得膩~甜品：有點好笑的是店員建議我們拍了食物照片放在網站上寫點食評就可以送我們吃甜品(是日蛋糕)蛋糕的味道像oreo，比較普通~

- 《ꜱᴛᴀᴜɴᴛᴏɴ’ꜱ ᴡɪɴᴇ ʙᴀʀ & ᴄᴀꜰᴇ》🥂原先我們是想去吃一間很有名的pizza店⋯⋯⋯⋯店外約排了10幾人🙃輪候時間約1.5小時！冇辦法情況底下、就隨便去這家😂🍕Prosciutto Pizza ($158)其實個人其實好唔鍾意呢啲好簿的pizza、因為我叫得通常係一d好餓既狀態好嗎🤓（帶個人情感去打食評）、暫且不評論厚薄、味道一般、上枱完全唔熱既😉普通野啦！都係呀杯嘢飲食個小食chill下囉！唔使太期望啲嘢食、普普通通、蝦跟羊肉串是合格的！我喜歡蝦的醬汁開胃而且夠辣！還有點風乾鹹肉腸！很適合配pita bread🫓！羊肉幾香、肉質幾嫰唔鞋！（一碟有五串呢個分量幾抵食）🤭呢間好適合喺中環諗唔到食咩求其去、因為如果唔係非常唔好彩都唔會冇位😂______________________________score:6.5/10地址：中環蘇豪士丹頓街10號

其實來這間餐廳，是要慶祝我們終於裝修完畢，可以離開中環區了。當然也是飲個happy hour ，和阿辣妹至愛炸薯條啦。雖然一碟薯條未足以可以寫一個食評，不過我還是覺得要讚一讚。在香港很多餐廳都不會選擇用shoestring 薯條，不知道原因，可能是成本吧，也可能是沒有太多供應商選擇。不過終於找到了。Black truffle skinny fries ，幼薯條加上松露醬和芝士，飲啖啤酒， happy hour!!! 今次只是試了薯條，下次有機會可以試其他。小插曲，臨離開前服務員掉了一碟茄汁，茄花四錢到我身上，當然他也很快立刻道歉，純粹意外吧。

自從上次友人介紹了Soho區，今天下午放假，所以再次過來享受美食，放鬆心情。午市套餐餐單有沙律，漢堡，扒類，意粉等主食，頭盤包沙律或餐湯，主食奉送咖啡或茶一杯。再仔細望望，可以$38升級至白酒或紅酒。不夠吧，還可以$28加配甜品。是日餐湯為磨菇湯，今日點了香煎三文魚扒$99，配菜有薯蓉，紅蘿蔔，露荀。三文魚扒煎得金黃香口，魚扒煎得剛好，而且沒有腥味。最後三文魚扒當然要配上白酒，這個露天下的午餐，感覺寫意。

Made a reservation.Walked past here a couple times and there are always people hanging around here, so it is definitely a popular spot. People like to come here and drink, so I'd come to do that some time. However, I came mainly for the food. I ordered the pepperoni pizza, and it was much better than I thought it would be. Since this is a bar, I didn't think the food would be that great, but I was wrong.Want to come again and try some other things.

今日放工黎左soho食飯~ 揀左依間係扶手電梯側邊嘅西餐廳(+bar)門口已經有好多外國人坐左係度飲酒同吹水了menu都係大路野 pizza/burger/salad/pasta...嗌左個beef burger同grilled salon..beef burger medium rare 岩岩好 漢堡好厚而且有牛肉味 加埋蛋,芝士,菜等等配料 夠哂豐富~薯條係幼條 麥記style 不過都係鐘意粗薯多啲grilled salmon都大條 而且好肥美 食落完全係充滿油脂 (同自己係屋企煎嘅冰鮮唔同呢)配菜有薯仔粒同椰菜花~仲係happy hour嘅關係 我地都嗌左2杯酒 (其實唔係HH都唔貴喎!都係80蚊到)朋友嗌左啤酒 我就嗌左staff推介嘅strawberry kiss~都幾好飲 但又有vodka又有prosecco 都幾重酒味飲完我都staff都幾nice~ 唔錯的!

We went here after New Years, the service was very slow considering there wasn't many people here. Ordered the Mediterranean dip platter, which was definitely not to share, my friend was gluten free and they wouldn't accommodate for her, they wouldn't even give extra vegetables. We also ordered a salad, thinking it would fill us up more and it was 2 asparagus a few leaves and 5 mushrooms. Very disappointed, very overpriced for what you get, and very rude service.

I drinked pretty heavily the day before (bottles of wine and rose champagne) and so I didn't order anything. I just went cuz my friend wanted a drink. I eat the lady judged me for not wanting sparkling or still, and she refused to give me tap water. and when I ordered nothing she gave me an attitude and took my fork and knife away (when my friend ordered a sharing platter!!) I like drinking and spending time but I will not spend my time here dealing with this freaking attitude! My money is worth

年尾又係多飯局應酬既時候!今次同同事試左宜間餐廳，唔算太好味，但環境唔錯!平均一個人百六蚊度，成個FULL COURSE有齊哂，算係抵食!前菜選擇左是日精選湯，金黃色的，好吸睛!!原來係南瓜湯，飲既時候仲感受到點點既南瓜蓉，夠哂真材實料!至於MAIN COURSE，牛魔王既我叫左個西冷牛扒，五成熟!但上檯時唔太熱，同埋太熟，似八成熟過多五成!而且牛扒脂肪含量較少，好難咬!值得欣賞既係紅酒醬汁好惹味creme bruleeok 作為甜品，焦糖味十足，蛋香滑嫩，非常美味!!!

初三赤口，我決定遠離人群，下午到蘇豪噗個brunch。在staunton吃過dinner，卻未試過brunch，加上waitress姐姐主動招呼，我便決定跟媽咪在這裡過日晨。這裡的樓或甚高，尤其我愛看酒架放上琳瑯滿目的酒，真好看。這類食物種類很多，有wrap有burger有pasta有salad，選擇十分大眾化。Brunch menu不外乎big breakfast, sandwiches 或 egg benedict（但沒有我很愛的pancake）。我們都想吃點咸，不如點smoked salmon bagel(HK$88)。另外媽咪點了peppermint tea(HK$35)和我點了cappucino(HK$35)。飲的先來，茶不過是twinings tea bag，HK$35對消費者來說不太抵，但咖啡反而有點驚喜。杯子小小，杯面站著厚厚一層泡沫，灑上朱古力粉，非常可愛。泡沫打得不錯，可有1吋厚，令咀唇以上都留下泡泡。espresso較為苦澀但濃郁，這杯咖啡水準不錯。Begel來了。原有兩個，一人一份剛剛好。貝果烘過，中間夾著3片煙三文魚，份量可不算少。貝果都塗上一層薄薄的Crea

Staunton is right next to the escalator; you will never missed the sharp blue colour. It has a wide range of alcohol to choice from, one of the great place for Happy Hour without doubt. On the second floor, there’s a outdoor area, it is always nice to enjoy the Sun with a quick lunch.
