Stazione Novella是位於Soho的Shaunton街的Black Sheep餐廳集團的成員。這是一家酒吧，靈感來自佛羅倫薩的Santa Maria Novella火車站。營業時間是7。每天上午30點至中午12點。最近幾週我們在這裡訪問了幾次，結果好壞參半。Stazione Novella早期開放，使其成為Soho周圍早期咖啡和小吃的理想選擇。我們嘗試了他們的espressos，遺憾的是不是很好。我們期待更好，並沒有找到在我們前往佛羅倫薩期間所採取的相似之處。帕尼尼（HK $ 98）味道不錯。另一個晚上的訪問更好。我們服用了Aperol Spritz，雖然有些通用但仍然很好。在酒吧後面混合的negroni是非常好的，一個很好的杜松子酒和苦艾酒飲料，我很樂意重新訂購。最後，我們沒有找到足夠的理由返回這裡進行早間訪問，但晚上可以在晚餐前後再次享用一杯飲料或葡萄酒。

 I loved their aperitif culture which means some alcoholic beverages and fingerfood before dinner time. And you guys nailed it! I came by myself, but I never felt lonely. The bartenders were beyond friendly, especially one, Pun is his name. They also refilled the snacks (pizza pieces, avocado, tuna and tomato/ parmesan crispy bread, eggs with a dip and some more). Nice atmosphere attracts friendly relaxed guests, the stuff is super friendly and attentive! 好休閒嘅一間bar..，自己去過一次就好似中左毒一様，心思思想再去。佢地嘅prosecco就令我非常難忘，第一次飲到中左毒咁飲，就係係呢度！星期一至六，佢地都有幾種snack free 比客人食，味道一D都不馬虎，我覺得係香港應該冇邊間bar 會係咁做！如果唔想飲酒味太種嘅飲品，就可以試下aperol spritz. 都幾好飲架！

Went there around 13:45 for lunch and it was rather quiet.  A nice place to eat and chat without much noise.  Definitely a good place to have a casual meeting during the day.  I ordered the fillet steak panini and a hot chocolate.  The hot chocolate was served pretty quickly which was hot and smooth.  It was shortly followed by the panini.  The bread was crispy and the fillet steak, cut into small pieces, was tasty.  Given the quality, the price is very reasonable!

早幾晚同幾個朋友行PMQ, 之後上左去soho飲野。一上到士丹頓街就見到Stazione Novella. 招牌好熟口面，諗返起上個月去Art Central都幫襯過喎，原來主店就響呢度。坐低睇menu見到好多Italy wine, 問店員有咩紅酒推介，佢就介紹左Buondonno Chianti Classico, 唔錯易入口。跟住叫左個panini有mozzarella, pesto. 熱辣辣香噴噴好好味 餸酒簡直一絕，令我有點懷念多年前係意大利旅遊既感覺。一般酒吧真係好難食到意式風情，對於我呢個意菜控非常滿意，下次可以再encore!

鋪面雖然細細地 但其實坐落幾舒服 的的式式 但裝修得好靚 天花板全都掛住左d酒樽 仲尊登問左bartender 係咩酒 下次一定要試試！然後d Server, bartender 都好有禮貌好nice, 如果想搵個地方坐低傾下計飲野食野 的確係個好地方.去到之後同朋友坐左係bar枱飲野傾計 嗌左杯 Sgroppino al Limone 味道好清新 幾好飲 黎左2 round之後有小小餓 叫左個panini 有吞拿魚蕃茄個款 個包grill得岩岩好 好香口 好鬆硊 而且d吞拿魚都好鮮 唔似係平時食個d罐頭魚. 好好味 認真要試試！

There’s a new pub in town! Well actually there are many, several, I mean countless of pubs in town! I recently went to Stazione Novella (the name is a bit hard) with the girls for some drinks, cheese, salami, panini’s and bruschette’s!Its Stauton Street in Soho leading right to Little Bao, Oolaa, Yardbird, and PMQ (to name a few).I arrived at 7:55, and was offered some complimentary snacks by a very friendly staff from what looked like their ‘buffet bar’! I have ordered a panini with tuna, tomato, arugula for takeaway.The packaging really surprised me as they have used a cloth to wrap the panini. I guess it is for keeping it warm. It's not common in HK at least. The bread is grilled very well, crispy! Tuna tastes fresh with the tomato and other ingredients. It is a nice panini  with the reasonable price !
