呢度啲食物好新鮮,而且價錢唔貴,如果和一班朋友相敍,想享受私隱度的話,book呢度嘅廂房,就唔怕嘈住人哋喇!

呢個排骨粥係全晚重頭戲,一開始未蒸任何食物時已經放入鍋底,材料可以係
-南瓜/番薯/菜乾/黃豆/鮮腐竹/粟米/乾瑤柱 (揀一樣)
-配排骨或雞

我地揀左南瓜同埋排骨。

呢個粥底係全餐飯之中我最期待嘅,個粥係經過多輪唔同海鮮同餸菜既蒸氣精華「蒸」成嘅,由本來嘅珍珠米,排骨同南瓜,過左1個鐘頭之後,終於變成好多粥水嘅南瓜排骨粥。粥呈米黃色,口感綿滑,吸晒排骨嘅味道,鹹鹹地,好入味。

總括黎講呢度嘅食物份量適中,又有專人幫你計時同逐道菜夾上蒸籠同上碟,以三百幾幾蚊呢個價錢可以享受到咁嘅食材同服務,算係性價比高。

手剁豬肉丸及墨魚丸
豬肉丸口感雖然不算細滑,但脂香味濃,味道甘香,而墨魚丸口感彈牙~

金銀蒜蒸勝瓜
最後一款蒸煮食物是勝瓜,算是清清味蕾吧~

來到粥底部分,我點了南瓜及雞做配料,南瓜很香甜,與白米融合,令粥底變得更香綿,而雞肉口感嫩滑不老,雞味重,吃後整個人都暖笠笠,超滿足!

海鮮吃完後,當然要喝他們的湯水,我很喜歡他們湯水很足料,雪梨雞腳排骨湯底很適合秋冬天,當中的雪梨蘋果很滋潤喉嚨,雞腳同事對女生皮膚很好的,整體不會很油膩,有陣陣雪梨的甜味道。

總結,愛吃海鮮又想健康的可以來吃蒸氣鍋,海鮮是新鮮的,而且座位是有私人空間,正適合與朋友談談天。
