雖然火炭呢間環境可能不及其他分店，座位都比較少，坐得耐未必好舒服，但係野食好好食，性價比高～✨食過好多次，呢2年都一直有幫襯，好似都未試過失望，唔係好似其他cafe咁百幾蚊細細碟!! 所有野食無論Bagel 定burger都好足料😛 今次叫咗Caesar Carbonara，佢唔係平時嗰種卡邦尼意粉，雖然未必係好正宗，但係味道依然不錯 ，煙肉同醬汁都好多。Iced americano味道一如既往，好飲~ 真係個人好鍾意嘅Cafe🫶🏻

我係買外賣 買咗兩份外賣, 一份係卡邦尼意粉另外一份係蕃茄牛肉意粉….我都係第一次食到卡邦尼意粉係用沙律醬/卡夫醬整嘅意粉 唔知道係廚師聰明自創特色卡邦尼意粉，抑或係無意中用錯咗醬汁…..一次非常之難食意粉 酸性嘅卡夫醬炒意粉. 另外一份牛肉意粉蕃茄汁係特別酸，唔知係咪加咗醋而且相當之難(西式意粉)難食 而且非常之辣（西式嚟講）我之前都食過呢間好多次，但係今次我覺得呢個自創西式意粉唔係我杯茶亦都係我人生第一次寫食評😭

We had the sv pork rib spicy linguine, chicken karagge, hash brown and hotcakes. Everything was tasty and cooked perfectly. Pasta was al dente, seasoned perfectly, hotcakes were nice and fluffy served with real whipped cream/berries and the chicken had a nice crisp coating that wasn't oily. Also worth mentioning is they serve fried dishes with Wilkin & Sons Ltd ketchup, not some cheap Heinz! The coffee (flat white and dirty) were also great. So happy to find this quality western food in Fo Tan.
