當晚吃了:
- 六款生蠔, 買一送一, 比其他同類餐廳抵食好多~ 價錢雖平, 但非常新鮮, 沒有將貨就價, 值得一讚! 我們還追call 了一款irish蠔.
- 紐西蘭小龍蝦, 體形細細, 入口鮮味爽口, 但$120一隻有o的貴.
- 黑松露意大利飯, 飯一端上桌就聞到好香松露味, 意大利飯煮得剛好, 粒粒分明, 不會因為遷就香港人口味而將之煮得太軟.
- 一碟忘記了什麼魚煮的意粉, 味道有點像沙甸魚, 醬汁比較酸, 幾開胃.

好懷念以前的白酒煮青口, 現在餐廳沒有提供這道菜, 查詢之下得知來貨青口不新鮮, 所以取消了. 期待日後有機會再重拾舊歡

晚餐生蠔買一送一也算是划算

不過本人對生蠔的認識機乎零
所以就讓侍應哥哥推薦本日特選的四款生蠔
一款澳洲的, 一款非洲的, 剩下兩個都是歐洲的
買一送一的結果是八個生蠔
這是我生平吃最多生蠔的一晚

不過侍應介紹了一大堆什麼法國蠔的口味怎樣怎樣
要先吃澳洲的蠔再進化去吃法國的
因為前者口味較清淡等云云
其實加了檸檬汁跟那個辣醬後
對於沒有吃蠔慧根的我而言
分不出來什麼叫口味清淡
總之都很新鮮大塊就對了

吃了生蠔後上了兩款湯
一款是紅燈籠椒煮魚湯
另一碗是蠔湯
其實蠔湯除了有點蠔味之外
跟一般的蘑菇湯沒分別
魚湯就有點驚喜
有蕃茄的酸甜加上燈籠椒的點點辣味
算是口味細膩有層次的湯品

主菜點了一個墨魚汁配煎帶子義大利飯
飯粒的軟硬度適中
墨魚汁不會太過 creamy 鹹淡拿捏得好
算是口味很清爽的一道菜
仔細咀嚼還可以吃到切成細末的磨菇

不過第二道主菜 - 鴨肝雜菌扁意粉
大概是是因為吃得差不多飽
味蕾也大概累了
或許這個sauce 實在是有點稠
吃不出鴨肝的味道
如果鴨肝是一整塊鋪在醬汁清爽的麵條上的話
口感應該不會那麼膩

買單約三百多一位
算是在燈光美氣氛佳的環境下吃了一餐"蠔宴"

吃過生蠔,輪到pasta。今次除了鴨肝篇意粉外,還試了黑松露Risotto。Garry 的弟弟Ivan(註:好靚仔,嫩版Garry,不過結咗婚啦)介紹extra cheese。結果--Oh My God!又感動多一大次,為食師父唔鍾意食Risotto,都食到唔停得口!芝士加黑松露汁香味濃郁,加上有少少咬口的Risotto,一絶!唔怪得意大利人咁肥啦!

食到這裏,為食師父同老婆都有點飽了,酒也喝得差不多,我們對上一次到Su Casa,Monica都還大著肚,我們居然等到他們的小朋友7個月大了才再來,有點不好意思,想埋單走人。誰不知熱情的Monica忽然捧著一大盤甜品,有老婆至愛的心太軟,Tiramisu同菠蘿雪葩,對我們說:一週年喎,梗係要Sweet Sweet啦!Monica實在太客氣了,多謝多謝!順帶一提,三樣甜品中,為食師父最愛這裏的Tiramisu。這裏的Tiramisu做法正宗,芝士軟滑,酒香濃郁,但又不會像其他"正宗派"的Tiramisu那樣一pat pat,真不知他們是如何做的。老婆則最喜愛這裏的心太軟。

如是者,為食師父同老婆都Sweet Sweet咁飽到唔郁得。

是日唯一美中不足,就係老婆趁幾分酒意,係咁話Ivan好靚仔!

Frist round oyster ~ Langebaan, Irish Premium, Scot Land Pearl, Fine De Special, Fine De Clarie, South Pacific..各有各好味又淡味食到尾兩隻係最咸, 我就唔係咁buy 尾既兩隻, 不過由頭到尾都好鮮味...正...所以係第二round order 時都問清楚待應, 唔想再order d 咁咸既生蠔!!

Second round Oyster ~ Namibla, Mexican, Bald Eagle, White Pearl, Gillardeau...全部都order 咗比較creamy 既蠔....無嘢講...good good good!!

Cream of Mushroom ~ 菇味濃湯質起沙, 又creamy....好好味!!
Oyster Soup ~ 呢個唔識形容, 湯味好濃, 總之係好味!!
Truffle Triangles ~ 有五隻大大意大利雲吞, 加埋黑松露汁同精美既買相...掂囉!!
Risotto with black truffle ~ 意大利飯煮得軟硬啱啱好, 一上枱好香, 飯入面仲有菇粒, 如係第一次去, 必order!!

Australia..M5 Kobe ~ 呢個澳洲m5 西冷...order 咗五成...就真係五成...外面脆脆...內面好嫩又juicy...牛味重....千個鑽口!!

Red wine ~ free 既 1小杯, 但份量也不少, 之前係H-one咁既份量要百多元一杯, 今次係free, 都無期望...但有驚喜...果味好重...一d都唔dry!!

Cream Brulee ~ 到了重頭戲...甜品...當然係為蠔痴朋友仔唱唱生日歌, 之前book 位時已經通知咗Su Casa 是日係朋友仔生日...係甜品度佢地會有一個happy brithday 牌放係甜品上面, 呢個布甸好滑又唔會太甜, 推薦既

round 1 becuz 第一次嚟~ 我係超級oyter fans~~~buy 1 get 1 free... so come n trytry..首先叫了 oyster platter... 嗰晚無我最愛嘅kumamoto =[ *disappointed* 但 irish gigas 又ok wor.. creamy..n smooth good match w/ my fav white wine... hehe最後在叫了 4 more.. haha...之後 crab cake又唔錯wor....better than we excepted...pasta.. good..yummy...=D we love it.Black truffle risotto.. This is my first time writing comments on Openrice because I need to let people know how bad the service was from the lady owner and how the menu could easily misled people on ordering.

When we arrived the restaurant, the impression was good, the servers were nice and friendly, and we first ordered a dozen of oysters. The oysters were tasty and fresh. The prices were quoted reasonable and clear. However, things started changing when we order our first set of main course; we ordered one portion of 聖子, duck liver and lobster. The 聖子 was priced at 60 dollars each; I personally found it slightly over priced nor worth the price for such a small portion, but that’s fine. But what made me very angry was when the lobster came in half only. I questioned the server where is the other half and she couldn't answer me and the menu didn’t mention it serves in half either. Then the lady owner came over and immediately said, “I will indicate that next time on the menu” and walk away. I think this is misleading and over priced for a half portion of small-size lobster at $240. As a customer, the owner’s attitude and response to my question was surely impolite.

I am not sure if this restaurant should worth you going…

I had never experienced such bad service in a restaurant before and it made me want to explain here, the first time I have written on openrice. It happened last week when my friend invited me for dinner for my birthday.

There were two sittings on that night, the early one from 7pm to 9pm and the late one beginning at 9pm. We arrived early, at 6:30pm and I was looking forward to a wonderful night with my best friend.

This restaurant provides a list of five or six types of oyster on special offer, i.e. buy one get one free. We ordered some on special offer and two more French oysters at normal prices. While we were tasting those oysters, they revised the menu and put those French oysters on the special offer list. As a customer, what do you think we would/should do? Of course, we told the lady who owned the shop that while we enjoyed the buy one get one offer, we understood that when we ordered those oysters they were to be served at normal prices. We were just doing what a normal client should ask. However, she said, “There are other tables where the same oysters were ordered, but no one raised that question! I do not know why you are asking. We can give you two more for free if you want to.” And we said, “Yes, of course.” Well, you know, we were prepared to be refused by the shopkeeper but we could not believe that she could reply with such bad manners to clients. It was as if someone were being sexually harassed in MTR but NO ONE should speak out; and those who do are doing the wrong thing! That is what she meant.

Since we only had two hours for dinner (actually, we arrived at 6:30pm to get more pre-dinner time), we were pushed by ‘that lady’ to drink a whole bottle of wine (whereas we brought it there ourselves, and the pasta and main dishes arrived together with dessert by 9pm. That lady’s attitude was so bad that I was angry even a week later! She also shouted to the waiter to “collect” unfinished dishes from our table while we were waiting for the dessert! Unbelievable!

I expect the price of food should reflect the restaurant’s service. It was absolutely not on the case with this restaurant, as the bill for that night was more than HK$900! Even though the food was ok, where I go for dinner should provide good service for that range of prices. Never ever there again!!
