知名的「太二酸菜魚」,大陸就食過好多次香港呢間真係第一次食雖然都會抱住價錢貴嘅心理準備,但都想試吓兩隻之間有冇咩分別試咗之後除咗價錢方便其他質素其實差唔多主打的酸菜魚以其獨特的風味,湯底酸而不膩,帶著微微的辣度,鮮香濃郁,酸菜的脆爽口感與湯底完美融合。魚片選用新鮮的鱸魚,肉質細嫩滑口,完全沒有土腥味,每一口都能感受到鮮美的滋味。就係我鍾意食太熱酸菜魚嘅原因,佢嘅酸令我好難停止品食搭配的各式小菜也為用餐增色不少,比如脆嫩的四川泡菜和香辣的手工花生,都能解膩又提升口感。此外,店家還提供多種免費配料,如蒜末和香菜,讓湯底更添層次感。其他小食都正常,特別係糍粑每次返大陸我都會必點,嚟到呢度雖然貴咗啲但係口感都冇變餐廳的幽默的牆面標語增添了趣味性,讓用餐氛圍輕鬆愉快。唯一的小缺點是高峰時段需要排隊,如果等太耐我就未必會排,總體來說,「太二酸菜魚」是喜歡酸辣口味的朋友 continue reading

如果喜歡酸菜魚極酸極辣的話,太二酸菜魚就未必是你所愛,因為太二的酸菜魚辣度並非十分強勁,酸度恰好,算是走一個中庸之道。魚肉夠滑,但酸菜卻沒有宣傳說的比魚更好吃,不過不失。勝在整體吃起來不會太油膩,吃完亦不會因為太酸太辣而覺得肚子不舒服。而在過程中最有趣的是,侍應上枱前用京劇腔大叫:「好吃的魚來了!」戲劇性十足。 continue reading

如果鍾意食酸菜魚,呢度一定係首選。叫咗個「招牌鱸魚酸菜魚」,配咗萵筍片、脆豆腐同埋紅薯粉。啲魚多到一個點,喺其他餐廳,通常好快就已經食晒,但係我哋3個人,食到臨尾都仲有得食啲魚!配料當中我覺得紅薯粉最好味,而果啲脆豆腐就好似食緊魚片咁樣。另外仲叫咗芥末蝦仁球,乾煸肉沫四季豆,辣子雞。蝦球煮得好得意,食落去外皮脆卜卜,辣子雞偏麻辣嘅,嗰啲辣椒粒食落都好好味。我想讚吓佢嘅嘢飲,「馬蹄好椰清補涼」好重椰子味,馬蹄粒粒好大粒,真係好好飲,尤其是食緊辣嘢,飲呢個就最爽!最後叫咗個西瓜椰椰冰粉做甜品,食完一碗,好想再即刻叫多一碗😂 continue reading

🐟深圳過江龍人氣酸菜魚🐟近依一兩年殺到落黎香港開分店,愈開愈多間,經過唔同分店都有大量人等候,即管試一試!環境非常闊落,位置好多,就算2個人都會比卡位你坐,點名方面係用QRcode,有圖慢慢睇,另外陳皮洛神花茶免費供應,仲可以自己調配份量,每個座位都有紙巾牙線叉電線等等,幾貼心啵!—老壇子酸菜魚 (3-4人份量) $388+粉絲 $20+金針菇$20+脆豆腐$20酸菜魚準備上枱時,staff會大聲講「好吃的酸菜魚來了」少少驚嚇加好笑,一上枱就傳黎好香既麻椒酸菜味,魚肉份糧當然足夠(因為我地得2個人),我諗真系夠3-4人食既,魚肉嫩滑,大大塊易夾唔會好散,金湯湯底好飲,非常開胃,雖然睇落好多辣椒但唔會話搶哂味,湯頭調配岩岩好,配搭吸味既粉絲同金菇簡直一流,當然唔少得既係撈白飯,簡直係白飯神偷,不過$20一款既配菜份量就真系少啦,幾啖就食哂,有D可惜。酸菜魚既金湯係好飲,不過建議適可而止,因為之後會好口渴。—糊辣口水雞 $68口水雞醬汁唔錯,不過唔係雞件而係雞絲,肉質都唔滑嫩,唔值得食—西瓜椰椰冰粉 $22依個小甜品又幾好食啵!鐘意佢既椰奶椰汁味冰粉,mix埋西瓜好清新仲有少少椰子片加左添左口感,亦唔會話好甜!唯一敗北既小丸子,硬硬地又粉粉既小丸子,完全唔煙韌,唔加好過加。不過D冰粉我就好鐘意,會想再食。 continue reading
