入伙老破小前和老婆去收拾一下,在附近找了家點心店日月茶點。最好吃的是牛肉球,不似唐記那種來貨常見的膠,保留了肉的質感,但芫茜搞拌得不夠均勻,會有幾口特別重茜味。蝦餃沒什麼特別;春風得意腸其實是包了脆皮的蝦膠腸,加了紅蘿蔔絲和椰菜絲,腸皮是外面粥麵店腸粉常見的厚身皮,叫不上十分有特色但整體口感不錯。三道下來看得出點心應該是自家製,算有誠意。當然重點蘿蔔糕我放在最後說。蘿蔔糕正常放臘味是鹹香的,日式木魚碎也差不多,兩者相加可能本來也不會太差。壞在它家加了很鹹的千島醬,以一種鹹蓋過另一種鹹,只取蘿蔔糕稍炸完之後的texture. 這樣的話,其實換任何一種榚都可以這樣做,如果texture 相近的,味道甚至不會有差別。香口是香口,創新也很創新,但所加的材料,對蘿蔔糕這道點心其實沒有一個本質上相輔相成的提升。近年流行中菜西做,很多私房菜在menu上加了很多很新奇的配搭和做法。沒錯是很創新很打卡,味道也"改變"得與別不同,但事實上並沒有"提升". 這個蘿蔔糕,就是這類無意義創新的完美演繹。
