To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天去九龍城路經土瓜灣真善美村，攰攰地想食返個下午茶，見到陽光餐廳小廚好似不錯喎，便入去試試。下午茶的選擇好多，我平日好鍾意食奶油豬，但係唔係每一間茶餐廳都做得好，其實簡單的食材，簡單的工序出來的結果未必相同。今日吃的奶油脆豬真係好吸引，單單睇佢的賣相已經係好脆，食的時候也真的好脆，包的質地非常好，牛油和煉奶亦都非常足夠，吃到最後一口仍是卜卜脆的，他比一些連鎖店出名吃奶油豬的做得更好，值得一讚。另外一份是蛋牛治，麵包軟熟，蛋和鹹牛肉配合得很好，滑滑的非常好味道。飲品我哋叫咗熱奶茶和凍奶茶，熱奶茶香滑富茶香，凍奶茶都非常香濃幼滑，當然飲到最後變得有少少淡，唔知他們有冇冰鎮奶茶呢。我好喜歡幫襯街坊店舖，因為他們的出品都很有自己的特色和誠意。
