估唔到第一次同屋企人去試呢間明星開火鍋店,亦都係最後一次本來食完呢次會再幫襯,點知噤快結業不過今次既感覺都好正,可能明星效應,太多人幫襯要一早book位,上到去環境幾大,好多人在打邊爐或食蒸鍋今次侍應安排我哋坐獨立房,可以一家人靜靜哋食飯傾計和睇電視,我哋就一次過試晒兩樣,蒸鍋和火鍋睇張餐單好多食材選擇,最終選左一些海鮮、肉類和蔬菜,一半用來火鍋一半用來蒸,等食物蒸出來既精華流落鍋底既粥,最後既粥一定好鮮甜由於今次同老人家和小朋友食,想健康d和試吓有幾鮮味,所以火鍋湯底選左清d,但唔記得乜嘢名,只知道有豆卜、竹笙係配料未到時,我哋叫左個小食和剌身醫吓肚先 金莎魚角,熱辣辣炸起,咬落外脆內彈牙,啖啖肉象拔蚌刺身,鮮甜爽囗餃子拼盤(雲吞、水餃、韭菜餃、魚皮餃),隻隻都好大隻,咬落啖啖肉走地雞半隻,肉唔梅,食落幾有嚼勁厚切午餐肉,因厚切關係口感好充實本地手切肥牛(大)和日本黑豚肉,原來用蒸既方法,食落嫩滑好多和鮮甜味比淥更好蟶子、花甲,食落冇沙,鮮甜、爽囗彈牙鮑魚,將鮑魚切片,容易熟而且冇噤靱,感覺嫩滑甜美最後蒸完配料食晒,配料既精華滲晒入下面既粥底可以叫侍應入來煮粥食,煮到差唔多就加雞蛋落

最後埋單約$700多, 食材雖新鮮, 但感覺還是有點少貴, 如果剛好經過可以一試, 但特意花時間過來食就不用了。

海鲜新鲜,有餐纸告诉你每一种食物需要焖蒸的时间是几分钟,而且还有个定时器自己设定几分钟,蒸完海鲜和菜的水流到锅里煮粥,好味,只是位置偏僻,离长沙湾站还要走很远,价格比一般火锅配料的菜品再贵一点,建议提前预订桌子!
