今日屋企無飯食,所以自己落左商場既一粥麵食晚飯。本來諗住打邊爐,但見到都幾多人叫煲仔飯,所以心郁郁。最後叫左個鳳瓜排骨煲仔飯,47蚊,再加2蚊轉可樂。買完之後等叫number, 都等左10分鐘左右。拎到之後滿心歡喜,應該唔會好差啦!點知,真係好失望。啲飯好削,基本上係爛飯黎,又無乜味道,唉,鳳爪又累炆炆咁,食左2啖已經無咩胃口,好失望,又諗住唔好浪費,食埋佢就算,但真係好後悔,早知換過佢,可能係我黑仔啦,下次唔會再叫煲仔飯 continue reading

午飯時間唔知食乜,經過一粥麵好多人,但係都有返一兩張枱剩,咪諗咁多一於入咗先算。天氣凍凍地,我見佢大張poster寫住推介新口味煲仔飯,好啦整返煲試下。我叫左廣告賣得最行既櫻花蝦臘味粒煲仔飯,一來新口味未試過,二來呢個組合應該都穩陣可以接受。煲仔飯$51 蚊加飲品,我叫咗熱奶茶。等左5分鐘左右可以攞得了,有點肚餓、有點期待,但都忍一忍佢幾分鐘。阿叔教過食煲仔飯千祈千祈唔好即刻開蓋要焗一焗佢幾分鐘等佢收下水。所以每次食親煲仔飯我都會記住呢個重點! 終於可以開蓋啦,加啲古法頭抽先。識落第一啖,賴嘢。一啲香味都無,重要啲飯係淋巴巴的。佢嘅材料有櫻花蝦、臘腸粒、臘肉粒、同埋芋頭;但係全部野都係冇味㗎!我懷疑佢將啲材料浸左好耐,浸到發晒水乜味都冇。所以煮嘅時候啲水出返曬落個飯度,令到個飯底淋巴巴。古法頭抽係個得個甜字,加上佢啲材料,成煲嘢就係得個甜味。再挖下個底想搵少少飯焦都難。果兩條菜老到呢⋯⋯呢一刻只可以講煲野係熟嘅,用嚟充飢絕對冇問題。食咗三份一想放棄,但係我諗起我偶像大嘥鬼,同埋第三世界冇嘢食嘅小朋友,所以先用意志力堅持食多一半。仲有杯奶茶,個味爭D囉。試過喺其他一粥麵分店飲過,好得架喎!集團式經營應該有返咁上下水準㗎啦⋯⋯所以短期內都應該唔會幫襯住,等佢再改善下先啦! continue reading
