家人想食日本菜，在大角嘴區內尋一下。初遇鮨嵐，星期六晚上八時只有一枱客。日本小店環境舒適，一坐下已被桌上精緻配襯過的杯碟筷子座，大象暖水壺吸引著視線。已感到店主細心和有要求。食飯物價格正常，種類也夠選擇。QR code 點餐後，螌籽青瓜，壽司和手卷先上桌。好味，新鮮，有heart。炸物雞軟骨及軟殼蟹熱辣辣，所有食物質素好好。是一次愉快嘅餐飲經驗。

香港近年嘅夜市 經濟唔係咁好見到好多 有心做嘅 小店都做唔住應該要多多留港消費支持下香港有心經營嘅食肆香港嘅美食其實好多好似喺大角咀其實都有好多唔同嘅美食可以選擇今次就嚟咗呢一間 美味 嘅日本小店入面嘅裝飾同埋坐位都好舒服店舖嘅位置檯面都好乾淨當然最出色嘅係佢裏面嘅食物首先最想讚一讚嘅就係佢每一件嘅壽司都好大件而且每一日份嘅食材都好新鮮例如海膽壽司 係非常之新鮮甜味 而且份量都唔少超正geh 鵝肝壽司 大愛鰻魚同埋三文魚都係大大件新鮮好食魚子嘅製作方式亦都係非常之好味獨特整體嚟講我覺得 性價比都算好高 值得一試再試

平時喺南昌附近食嚟食去都係壽司郎同峰壽司難得遇到依間喺大角咀附近嘅壽司小店食過之後變咗我嘅飯堂忍咗好多次唔寫食評諗住自私食但係質素真係十分好，所以我都忍唔住要打返篇食評俾佢哋。鮟鱇魚肝 - 酸汁同埋辣蘿蔔蓉都配合得好- 價錢唔算貴之餘，份量都算好多各款刺身都好新鮮甜蝦蝦尾都已經剝殼食起上嚟好方便，蝦頭好新鮮平時唔食三文魚刺身嘅我喺佢哋舖頭都會叫三文魚刺身食落去好新鮮好爽好清甜我通常都會散嗌自己鍾意食嘅壽司你見到佢啲劍魚腩/白蝦同醬油漬三文魚都做得好靚仔每件壽司上面嘅配料都有精心諗過入口充滿幸福感牛舌芯都做得好好上枱都仲出緊煙咬落去完全冇筋 好爽脆因為真係食咗太多次，我又唔係次次影相今次食評介紹唔到太多佢哋舖頭嘅壽司佢哋會返一啲時令嘅魚/蠔或者海膽亦都會提供一啲$10一粒嘅壽司軍艦又有其他壽司套餐/ 熱食套餐所以我唔同意其他食評話佢價錢貴平有平食 貴有貴食我同啲朋友食完都覺得好fair而且服務態度良好地方10分乾淨連啲茶水都係好熱值得推介希望佢可以繼續堅持落去！
