見個魚缸咁靚,好想入去睇下,但成日都咁多人排隊,所以一直都未試過.前幾日放假,下午12點去到,唔使等,入到去就坐迴轉位,背住個魚缸,乜都睇唔到.食左5碟野:帶子壽司:唔錯,幾鮮甜,但唔夠峰壽司大粒.甜蝦壽司:好味,隻蝦好大,抵食.鮮赤貝壽司:好細,超唔抵.海膽軍艦卷:失望吞拿魚腩軍艦卷:普通過唔普通一句講哂,希望越大失望越大.

很久前已經想去試試在銅鑼灣也開業了一段日子的“一壽司”, 聽同事K說他比“峰”還好, 碰巧剛剛出糧, 就來一頓豐富的午餐哦! 餐廳環境很舒服, 四周以深色為主, 坐order 枱,面對一面很大的魚缸。首先當然要試試我的最愛–海膽哦(好鮮甜,不用加豉油也好好味)。還點了帆立貝(都好新鮮,不過始終都是“峰”那兒比較大和厚),赤貝刺身(OK),火炙三文魚,章紅魚,鰻魚牛油果卷,海老手卷(海蝦肉質爽口,紫菜也不會太諗,當然沒有放置很久才吃啦),加州手卷,辣味吞拿魚手卷,魚生飯($28 only,比想像中細,壽司飯比較硬,都是吃壽司好),象牙貝等…整體水準都好好,其實都想試試甜蝦,不過朋友要戒口,唯有下次再試過啦~

Queued for almost an hour to get a seat for running sushi and the only reason was I've been to sushi one in TST several times and had very good experience there.Specially looked for running seats but it turned out to be that there were only 5 different kinds of sushi on the lap, no sashimi at all, felt extremely disappointed wasting time queuing for the seats.

有朋友介紹,於是同愛吃日本野的男朋友去食。大魚缸裝修令人感覺好搶,而且d位都幾舒服。食物唔算好特別(除左一連串和牛壽司之外,其餘都係差不多),價錢一般。食左覺得好味的係白鳥貝,幾爽口。其餘的都不過不失囉~話明峰迴路轉,所講的就是service。銅鑼灣+連鎖式食肆通常都唔錯,果日由入去坐開始,service都唔錯;食左一陣,突然有黑社會式的謾罵聲音,仲以為殺到黎。原本係一個較senior的waiter鬧個細的waitress,中間夾住一連串的粗口,而佢鬧人的時候,係0係門口附近,夾住幾枱客……真係好想錄起拎去投訴……識唔識尊重同事尊重客人﹖最離譜的係一壽司事後仿傚政府處理示威的方法,突然播左d好大聲的音樂,令全場啞然……總的來說,一般過一般的素質,好過元氣但我寧願去板前同活壽司,又或者貴dd去峰壽司,同埋我唔會再去囉~

整體黎講,除左個廚房地下上面極多積水之外,環境都好乾淨!不過勝在幾好坐,再加上柔和既燈光同埋個缸魚既配襯,都算係個好浪漫既食野地方。廁所都唔污遭,可以好放心!所以我比4.5分,四捨五入之後,就係5分啦!個名改得真係好!話明「一壽司」,D壽司就真係一啖就食完!雖然只係得一啖,但係都唔錯,又黎得幾快既(仲新鮮架)。不過,如果你想食番餐好既,「板前壽司」都係個Good Choice!(當然啦,一壽司都算係Good Choice)不過,都唔平架!5個人去食晚餐,食左$300!服務都幾好,只係……叫左N次,都無人幫我地「針」水!

未到七點來到,不用等位。叫了幾樣新野,手造稻庭冷烏冬都不錯,不過清蟹湯真係好清淡到好似水噤。甘蝦壽司幾大隻,其他壽司不過不失。始終覺得迴轉壽司的話,峰壽司同板前才是首選。

我從來都未食到/過板前壽司..所以下食評唔算太中肯吃過羽壽司~~峰壽司~~還有那些不是大街小巷都有..成行成巿的壽司店~~ 一壽司的刺身算是最新鮮的~~由其是牡丹蝦~~一流基本上有一半價錢是吃裝潢的~~那麼大的魚缸..那麼漂亮的~~海魚...游來游去~~感覺自己就是其中一條海魚..自己在覓食~~不過晚飯當不時嗅到火槍燒肉的味道..感覺不好!!我向來都不喜歡火炙的食物..如果可以加設抽煙機在製作的地方就最好了..服務員的態度要看時段性的...有待改善

吃過羽壽司~~峰壽司~~還有那些不是大街小巷都有..成行成巿的壽司店~~ 一壽司刺身算是最新鮮的~~

由其是牡丹蝦~~一流

基本上有一半價錢是吃裝潢的~~那麼大的魚缸..那麼漂亮的~~海魚...游來游去~~感覺自己就是其中一條海魚..自己在覓食~~

不過晚飯當不時嗅到火槍燒肉的味道..感覺不好!!我向來都不喜歡火炙的食物..如果可以加設抽煙機在製作的地方就最好了..

服務員的態度要看時段性的...有待改善

平時lunch / dinner 勁多人等位! 因為而家tea time! 有勁多位! 真係好!壽司幾大件,ok 的~ 但又唔會值得我去排隊食~最唔抵係個魚生飯,比幅圖呃左tim, 咁細舊ge?!!最抵係火龍卷(即係鰻魚+天婦羅炸蝦+牛油果sushi)$28 for 4大舊sushi其次係三文魚sushi、幾大舊,幾鮮~旦sushi 都好大塊~ 抵!其餘就一般la~埋單2人共$120幾~ ok la~雖然唔係勁飽!

Compare 峰壽司as well 一壽司then after you try 峰unneed to go 一bcos for a less monay 峰give more sushi chooses as well food chooses, you can have more balance dinner instead of fill yourself with sushi rice. The live fish quality almost same same but I liker 峰bcos he make the rice ball smaller. 一壽司is disappointed in favour, chooses and moneys after I goed 峰. No wonder no need to Q.
