Went to Qube for dinner. Wow, to my surprise, very high end both in terms of the food quality and the experience they offered. Because it was tiny and could sit only 10 people around the sushi bar, both the chefs and waiting staff could ensure attentive service. High class bone china is used as crockery and my plate was changed at least 12 times in 2 hours. The fish was very very fresh. I also had whitebaits which were still moving, swimming in the glass of vinegar with which they were served b
The price to pay for exquisite sushi and attentive service is high. For 2 of us drinking only green tea and eating sushi, the price for diner was $3100. Extensive and expensive wine and sake list. Set sushi dinner with vintage champagne was $4,800 for one person.
You should go there for dinner if you feel like something very special or if you feel rich.
Must visit their toilet, state of the art facility which can be found no where else in Hong Kong.
