呢間鮨千壽喺屯門市廣場開咗好耐,終於有機會去試一次。叫咗一個壽司嘅拼盤,價錢二百零蚊,但係食材就好新鮮。不得不讚個鰻魚壽司,將一條長嘅鰻魚包落去舊壽司度,啖啖都係鰻魚,口感好豐富。另外個左口魚壽司都好好味。雖然成個拼盤望落去好似好少,但其實食落都幾飽肚。

無諗到呢款冷烏冬竟然比上上星期食嘅熱湯烏冬差
因為一向烏冬冷食嘅話會比較彈牙爽口 好食好多🙈
呢款冷烏冬唔算好煙韌彈牙 反而麵粉感比較重😭
有少少唔係好似食緊烏冬嘅感覺 不過勝在佢份量多
食完之後好飽肚架 另外佢配有一杯烏冬冷麵汁🥰

強烈建議大家一定要點呢個冷麵汁 佢唔會好鹹👌🏻
不過將啲烏冬擺落去一齊撈嚟食 烏冬會變得更順滑
配埋冷麵汁食 烏冬會更加彈牙同埋爽口 好食得多🙈

我諗個冷麵汁先係靈魂所在 當然唔少得啲蔥粒啦

今次我order咗個set,入面有2個迷你飯、前菜、烏冬同甜品。唔鍾意食烏冬,就可以揀蕎麥麵。呢個set要158元(未計服務費)。如果大家麻麻地食飯,其實可以叫1個飯,再配小食,有串燒揀。我食完2個飯都覺得好飽,因為飯量都好足。
