今次係第二次嚟呢間餐廳,今次特意帶媽媽來品嚐,和媽媽一起吃飯,通常選擇貴精不貴多的餐廳,皆因二人食量都很少。我們選擇了軟殼蟹沙律為前菜,青瓜芝士鰻魚卷及泡菜豬肉石頭鍋飯為主菜。先上青瓜芝士鰻魚卷,鰻魚燒得超級香,配上入口即溶的芝士,這種感覺超級滿足!連一向嘴刁的媽媽也讚不絕口!第二道菜是泡菜豬肉石頭鍋飯,米顆粒分明,每一啖都有泡菜,雖然份量不太多,但味道很不錯。食到最後,驚喜的是石頭鍋飯的餘溫形成飯焦,飯焦超好吃😋軟殼蟹沙律雖然最遲才遞上,但軟殼蟹炸得不錯,唯媽媽認為不夠醬汁,我覺得還好!

呢次係最鮮既,甚至好過出去食既omakase。係每一件都高質;因為我食過衰過佢既omakase。再食諗有同樣質素,差左。真係撞手神,但係當然會好過同區所有食呢啲野既鋪咁囉。佢嘅天婦羅汁好甜好傑好奇怪😑好味既,厚肉算高質,食左唔會嬲。Lunch好抵,係配烏冬同埋天婦羅既餐。竟然係配呢五件壽司,唔係平既肉。厚身新鮮。真係好過連鎖,不過午市咁樣散買叫好貴,鬼叫自己要維持體重計住計住卡路里。唔彈牙,但好過煮常溫既烏冬俾你。服務當然係咁既價錢咁既表現。但係佢嘅既價錢係貴價壽司舖,對比起板長爭鮮已經好好個啲。呢間普通食下壽司刺身唔想搭車,會第一個選佢😂

晚餐同閏蜜食呢間日式料理,其實我地午餐都係尖沙咀食左日式料理,但講真,2間比較起嚟,我情願食呢間😂我哋下午茶都食得飽,所以晚餐叫得唔多。首先叫左2件左口魚裙邊壽司,一客海膽魷魚卷,2串雞軟骨,2串芝士年糕煙肉卷,再叫多一次2件左口魚,額外一客河豚魚干🙈😂呢款真係好食,所以再叫多一次😂之前係出面試過食海膽,完成腥到爆,但今次真係食到好嘢,好好食,值得一推!講真,呢款芝士年糕煙肉卷真係好膩😏一件起,一件止,完全滯到爆🙈雞軟骨就一般啦。。。河豚干,我一向叫佢雞泡魚干,今次真係老貓燒鬚,想食所以叫左一客,點知好咸,不停灌茶😂不值一食,或者配酒會好夾既!2個人平均食左$211,都唔錯,可以再返轉頭!

呢間壽司店開咗好耐都冇入去試過 ,琴晚得閒就同朋友入去試吓 ,喺外面睇過裝修已經好靚 好有日本風前菜一到 我同朋友都即刻哇左一聲 油甘魚帶子蝦黑松露沙律 好睇又好食 食落感覺好fresh 到壽司出場啦!甜蝦好大好新鮮 火炙左口魚燒到好滑入口即溶其他壽司都係喺中上水平

位於屯門市中心內較為貴少少的壽司店,下午時份仍有客人。店舖很舒適,還可看到師傅準備魚生。海膽及三文魚籽飯很新鮮,分量很大,海鮮鋪滿了整個飯的表面,一個人一定吃不完。三文魚籽很飽滿,咬下去在口中又爆的感覺。海膽是來自韓國的,質素也不錯。章紅魚薄切黑松露帶子幾種食材很夾,黑松露的味道很香很突出。雖然這道菜很好味,覺得有些微可惜的是,魚生、蝦、帶子都很新鮮,但黑松露的味道把鮮味遮蓋了。特尚壽司拼盤(12款)很新鮮,能更鮮甜就更好。三蟹卷天婦羅第一次見,值得一試。它用了紫菜包住蟹膏、蟹肉同蟹籽來炸!天婦羅炸粉很薄,裏面的蟹味很重。菠蘿及牛脷串燒燒物方面略為遜色。如菠蘿不夠甜,燒得比較乾。牛脷燒得比較硬一點。

幾種食材很夾,黑松露的味道很香很突出。
雖然這道菜很好味,覺得有些微可惜的是,魚生、蝦、帶子都很新鮮,但黑松露的味道把鮮味遮蓋了。

行過好幾次,每次都見到有人在門口等位,今日囝想食日本嘢,所以就即管入去試試。睇一睇餐牌,食物都算高價,最後叫了:明太子蟹肉石鍋飯,石鍋飯唔算大,應該都分到兩碗飯,飯有好多蟹肉和明太子,新鮮嘅蟹肉食起來很美味,食到底餐有煲仔飯嘅飯焦海鰻壽司,肥美而又長長一條嘅海鰻,肉質軟軟軟殼蟹手卷,上來時還是暖暖的,一口咬落去,口感脆脆黑松露甜蝦卷,卷物上一埋蝦膠再配上黑松露,食落口感甜甜,香香螢光魷魚沖漬,就是我最唔喜歡的一道食物,食落好似濃濃的酒味但囝就十分喜歡,所以口味嘅嘢真係因人而異!整體食物質素真的不錯,性價比高,所以收這個價錢都是合理!
