家庭聚會、派對除了主菜，壽司也是重點，好多人為了快就去超級市場買，但真係麻麻地。今日家庭聚會慶祝父親節，我們要在家慢慢享受；朋友介紹下得知「立濱」，餐牌上樣樣都是精選，也是我們喜歡的種類，點了有三文魚腩、池魚、油甘魚、真鯛、赤蝦、吞拿魚背、凡立貝、熟芥辣八爪魚、加洲卷，材料非常新鮮，每種魚都吃到其魚鮮的味道，非常有水準及有質素，飯不散，質感軟熟，輕輕的醋味適中又有飯的味道，連Wasabi、壽司醬油、生薑也絕不求其。連老媽、叔叔、及家人也非常讚，滿足的晚餐。 continue reading
