星期六繼續搵新嘢食。想响每區搵啲平靚正嘅海膽吞拿魚葱飯。但唔知做乜最後改變主意叫咗魚生飯。個飯有6款魚生:三文魚有啲腥、油甘魚過造唔夠肥係必然但亦唔夠爽鮮、甜蝦都幾甜但都係唔彈、帶子軟腍質感甜度一般、三文魚子外皮有啲韌醃漬得略甜、海膽溶咗啲但味道濃郁幾甜。麵豉湯味道幾好,而且滾燙。最好係個乳酪味雪糕,帶黏性似意大利雪糕gelato。見到隔離枱叫咗海膽葱吞拿魚,粉紅色好似好肥美咁。可能今次叫錯嘢,下次有機會先試過。

年多前曾到過這地方的店舖,當時是食西餐的餐廳,食完之後在當時的"開飯"食評中,我對該店的標題評語是《絕無下次》,而當時的"開飯"綱尚接受我這一類完全反映事實的食評,也有刊載,但另外有近十篇是試食的食評,篇篇都說好,另外也有幾篇是"開飯"的'殿堂食家'們所寫的讚好食評,但我試到的無論是食物或招呼都當然不是別人所寫的那麽好,然而今次重臨舊地,廳面坐位似是略作改動,但也覺寬敞,食的是日本菜,今次的經歷無論是食物和招呼都與上次的西餐廳有差天共地之別,餐後與店長聊天得悉原來店主是同一家人,只是西餐廳做不住,或許正如我當日來試的感受一樣,西餐的廚師不行,所以最終就作彻底改變,改為現在的日本菜,我在這裏寫了這麽長的一段開場白,是想借此告訴大家,做得不好的食肆,始終是不能生存下去,有人在綱上指出該店的不是,已是幫了這店,"開飯"的編輯真正要維護某些食肆,是應該將事實反映出來,再由食肆自家去決定是否改善,而不是動不動就說寫食評的人“發放不實﹑捏造事實﹑惡意 猜測或含誤導成份的內容”,就抽起文章,寫食評的人一段都與食肆無仇,為什麼要誹謗他們呢?如果只有一篇食評不滿這食肆,大家看完都不會完全相信的,正如今次

當中最得我歡心的非帆立貝壽司和海膽壽司莫屬了
,帆立貝十分肥美軟滑,咀嚼時鮮味即時湧出 ,鮮甜充斥整個口腔,頓時覺得十分幸福,有被治癒的感覺。海膽亦非常鮮嫩味美,海膽一整片地覆蓋整件壽司,海膽和飯的比例是四比六,可想言而海膽有多肥美,在此餐廳我終於食到最美味的海膽
,不存一絲苦澀 ,但帶有口感和叫人感動的鮮甜,這客‘壽司定食’我很滿意,吃得很滿足,唯美中不足的是,要是熟蝦能換成甘海老,白蝦,赤蝦又或是虎蝦的話就更貼我的胃口了




吃過‘壽司定食’,侍應遞上一碗麵豉湯,湯汁呈奶白色 ,不像一般餐廳的麵豉湯。果然,不負眾望,湯汁可口味美,飲過不涸喉,實屬好湯

最後附上甜品,顧客可以選擇三款口味的雪糕,分別是芝麻,抹茶,紅豆,我這個抹茶控當然選了抹茶雪糕,味道頗清新宜人,為午餐畫上完美句號
。另外值得一讚是餐廳十分細心地先將盛雪糕的碗子雪凍才盛上雪糕,這樣可以減慢雪糕的融化時間,非常貼心。

If you go for the pine set, then you get a simmered dish which varies on every visit because omakase is different everytime.
It was delicious fish mixture at the base which had an interesting starchy texture covered in a light gravy.
The prawn and sea urchin were fresh and light.

I loved the crispy rice which gave the fish more mouthfeel and a roasted flavour.

It was milk pudding with green tea sauce and red beans.
The taste was so yummy and the milk pudding was really silky and creamy with a fragrant coconut taste because there was roasted dessicated coconut in it.
The green tea sauce was not too bitter or grassy which was great with the creamy pudding.

所謂的"北海魚生飯"是在醋飯上舖上uni、帶子、熟蝦、蟹籽、hamachi及ikura,材料甚見多樣豐富舖得滿滿很是吸引,但食落卻似乎並不是那麼一回事 ---- 三文魚腩及hamachi還好,前者柔軟有少許進囗即溶的肥美感受,後者不呈啞色魚油亦甚豐,不過好處只是僅屬如此而已;帶子則是那種切成薄薄又是呈半透明的從超市買到的二等貨色,味道不夠鮮及甜也不夠糯囗已足可預計得到;蝦肉看起來紅白相間分朋很是引人但入口竟是一點甜鮮也欠奉,感覺就好像是在吃塑膠一般;uni就更是一放入口便有一咲怪腥味,是絲毫的海水鮮味也嚐不到;Ikura睇落像很晶瑩通透的但咬入口時是有些糊作一團,本來咬進嘴內感到卜卜聲響的情況是沒有出現,取而代之的只是一味的死鹹至讓人咯喉實令人太失望。相比之下那少粒得多的蟹籽是絕對比ikura好....

從冰箱剛拿出來的紅豆雪糕放入口很自然的凍得令人牙關發抖。雪糕內是找不到半粒的紅豆,光是這一點已足夠令我扣盡分數了;至於紅豆的味及香也是欠奉的。唯一好處是甜度剛啱好頗合個人的口味.....

I had lunch with my wife during a weekday( Wednesday if I record correctly), there were no queue, decent decor ( not really the best, but it was decent) and the foods were fabulous. We ordered a lunch sushi set($128) and a fatty tuna & sea urchin dish ($128). First, the sushi set: I didn't expect to have fatty tuna nigiri and rolls( usually it is costy) and all other nigiri are really fresh( please see pic) in addition, the sushi rice were near perfection( chewy and vinegar sourness were flawless). The fatty tuna & uni rice bowl:  the Japanese small size uni ( unlike those Canadian, Mexican big uni )were sweet and tuna were actually quite fatty ( you can taste the tuna oil). Finally, the meal comes with small appetite dish, salad and a scoop of ice cream, and frankly, nothing much special with the starter or ice cream. But the salads were green and fresh.  

In general, I highly recommend others to try out this jap restaurant. It's worthy.
