個個都話壽司郎好食,上次walk-in太多人,今次用app早兩星期預約,老公仲留肚去踩場。到埗即刻簽到,原來一定要app持有人先可以,星期六5點都無乜人,就算再拎walk in飛都無所謂。Wasabi完全無味,壽司黎到啲魚生起角嘅,厚但無鮮味,魚生同飯基本上係完美分割左,想反轉點豉油都唔得。$20唔使一兩件夠想點丫...本來爭鮮有嘅都唔order, 但芥末八爪魚係個人必食,點知連爭鮮都不如。本來唔活躍寫食評,都要專登寫下幾咁伏,下次不了。

終於終於去試了壽司郎 🤗一直很怕要等很久的我這次趁放假直接在剛開鋪的時間去果然不用等就可以直接就坐之前聽說壽司郎的服務很貼心 會為第一次去的客人介紹服務流程但這次去這家並沒有 (雖然我覺得也不是很重要)適逢赤醋飯祭全部壽司皆用了赤醋飯使用的赤醋以酒粕為原料釀造 經過兩個夏天的熟成而成赤醋飯味道較酸 配上白身魚時更能突出魚的鮮味 😋這次點了拖羅、赤貝、帆立貝、甜蝦、饅魚、醬烤鰈魚鰭邊、伊豆種津島產金目鯛、油甘魚、抹茶蕨餅芭菲和雙層卡達拉娜🥰壽司郎的刀功真的很特別拖羅一上桌的形狀真的有點嚇人 🤣 但最好笑的是味道和口感竟然還不錯整體性價比很高壽司刺身類的口感和味道都很OK 😊我點了兩款大家都推介的甜品抹茶蕨餅芭菲以$32來說很足料 👍🏻(建議大家可以狂加抹茶粉 不然雪糕底層會沒什麼味道)另外雙層卡達拉娜果然不負眾望表面是烤得脆脆金黃色的焦糖裡面冰冰的蛋口感軟滑 奶味香濃 加了咖啡讓它變得更濃味才$22真的好便宜😳

終於終於去試了壽司郎 🤗
一直很怕要等很久的我這次趁放假直接在剛開鋪的時間去
果然不用等就可以直接就坐
之前聽說壽司郎的服務很貼心
會為第一次去的客人介紹服務流程
但這次去這家並沒有 (雖然我覺得也不是很重要)

適逢赤醋飯祭
全部壽司皆用了赤醋飯
使用的赤醋以酒粕為原料釀造
經過兩個夏天的熟成而成
赤醋飯味道較酸
配上白身魚時更能突出魚的鮮味 😋

這次點了拖羅、赤貝、帆立貝、甜蝦、饅魚、醬烤鰈魚鰭邊、伊豆種津島產金目鯛、油甘魚、抹茶蕨餅芭菲和雙層卡達拉娜🥰

壽司郎的刀功真的很特別
拖羅一上桌的形狀真的有點嚇人 🤣
但最好笑的是味道和口感竟然還不錯
整體性價比很高
壽司刺身類的口感和味道都很OK 😊

我點了兩款大家都推介的甜品
抹茶蕨餅芭菲以$32來說很足料 👍🏻
(建議大家可以狂加抹茶粉 不然雪糕底層會沒什麼味道)
另外雙層卡達拉娜果然不負眾望
表面是烤得脆脆金黃色的焦糖
裡面冰冰的蛋口感軟滑 奶味香濃
加了咖啡讓它變得更濃味
才$22真的好便宜😳

作為一個喺日本住過嘅人,都覺得依度嘅壽司係比一般香港連鎖壽司店優質的
迴轉壽司價錢平文化,日常過嚟自己食又得、同朋友食又得

最重要係呢間舖頭嘅服務員訓練有數,比起其他港式快餐更加感受到佢哋嘅服務,即是俾貴少少嘅價錢都覺得非常值得🫶🏻

The fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The presentation was also top-notch, with each piece of sushi carefully crafted and beautifully arranged lon the plate.Overall, I was blown away by the quality of the sushi at this restaurant. 今天是日本的節分, 集俗上會於這天吃惠方卷來為新一年祈福。 意頭事情沒有人嫌😁故此見到壽司郎有這種只供外賣的食品發售就預先致電預訂來嘗鮮加祈願(為食的藉口)。也正好第一次試食壽司郎的食物。原本介紹說卷物只有9cm會覺得不夠飽(胃口大的人🥲)卷內食材有海鰻玉子燒、三文魚、吞拿魚、熟蝦、青瓜、三文魚子、吞拿魚蓉、冬菇。味道不錯吃起來尚算飽足, 只是飯比較多了點而海鮮料較少而存在感較低。性價比一般不過意頭是拿到分數的😀

自從壽司郞係香港開業,每次聽到朋友之間嘅討論係,排咗幾多個鐘隊😂聽到排隊以小時計,嚇怕咗,所以都無特登去食。一直係抱住有籌就拎下,有就食,無就算嘅心態。以我咁悠閑嘅心態,當然無一次食到😌等下等下東區都開分店😂分店就近電車路,每逢星期日都會經過,決定要去試一試‼️今次11:56拎籌,成功12:15入座😏✌🏻同Donki一樣,用iPad落單。但太失策🤦🏻‍♀️早餐飲咗咖啡打底,令戰鬥力大減三文魚牛油果卷 ($22)炙燒芝士三文魚 ($12)赤蝦 ($12)三文魚 ($17)三文魚腩(二貫) ($12)厚切天然藍緒大吞享魚腩 ($27)叫咗6款壽司,連埋加一,百幾蚊一個人。價錢好似同Donki差唔多。所有食物用輸送帶運俾客人。輸送帶分兩層,下層放推廣優惠,上層送食物。座位二人為一格,一人食客,同樣可以獨佔一格👍🏻。如果家庭要注意,每格座位中間都有固定隔板,父母一齊照顧小朋友會較為困難。食物輸送帶嘅設計係中間有一條主要軌道,每格座位有專屬嘅輸送帶出口,食物到相應嘅餐枱,就會轉入出口,似高速公路有唔同嘅出口一樣🛣️雖然每次拎食物都要企起身,但感覺衞生啲,少啲機會俾人點到食物。間唔中睇到有食客會沾污食物

所有食物用輸送帶運俾客人。
輸送帶分兩層,下層放推廣優惠,上層送食物。座位二人為一格,一人食客,同樣可以獨佔一格👍🏻。

雖然每次拎食物都要企起身,但感覺衞生啲,少啲機會俾人點到食物。
間唔中睇到有食客會沾污食物輸送帶,或者掂輸送帶上食物嘅新聞🙈真心怕🙉

講返食物質素,食物新鮮。
食物送餐速度快,即使餐廳滿座,好繁忙,落單後,大約3~5分鐘,食物就會送到。
喺門口排隊嘅時候,見到其他人買外賣,即場落單,唔洗等好耐,食物就準備好。

如果以今次嘅排隊狀況,我個人覺得可以再戰,加上鰂魚涌分店係新開,環境乾淨。
不過有用餐時間限制,想慢慢坐傾計有難度。
仲未有機會食到壽司郞嘅你,希望你都可以成功食到😆

心血來潮想體驗一下壽司郎嘅拖羅祭,又唔想等位,唯有等到5點先去食,walk-in 等咗唔洗15分鐘就可以入座喇!藍鰭大拖羅真係好正,超多油花,又切得勁厚身,忍唔住encore! 另外仲有款長鰭大拖羅,粉白色魚身,肉質柔軟,雖然冇藍鰭咁多油花,但考慮到只係$12一件,性價比非常高,價錢上令人食得毫無負擔,我覺得食得過!厚切油甘魚又係勁抵食!第一次食招牌甜品卡達拉娜,像法式焦糖燉蛋,不過質感再硬身一點,好好味😋
