食過咁多間壽司郎,呢間質素真係最差,睇吓個青瓜卷個賣相就知道,一條短一條長,完全都唔平均。 而個螢光魷魚,新開張嘅時候都好好食,之後每次都係乾爭爭,一啲汁都冇,又細隻,不過我本人真係好鍾意食螢光魷魚,所以今次都再俾多次機會佢,竟然有驚喜,食完一疊想encore多一點,但係發現其中一件得一隻螢光魷魚加幾條魷魚鬚,夾埋隻半都冇,叫個侍應來睇,侍應仲話呢度係有兩隻,話夾開面頭嗰隻就會見到,好,我就拎開面頭嗰隻俾佢睇,得嗰幾條魷魚鬚,個侍應睇到眼都突咗,然後話同我換返碟,之後再嚟嗰碟就靚仔返晒。

其實今次整體秋季限定嘅壽司吸引力真係唔大,同埋價錢都好似比以往嘅限定菜式出價更低,可能都考慮到經濟景況唔好,所以都出返相對比較平嘅魚類。好可惜唯一一個睇落好吸引嘅灸燒紅葉鯛壽司咁啱賣曬,所以冇辦法提供到評價比大家,但真心推薦大家要試呢個究極芝士蛋糕,唔係錯過咗就未必有㗎喇!

經過門囗見到大大張 poster寫住三週年創業祭期間限定復活,有幾款都想試下,於是入去攞飛,因為係中午時段所以人較多,要等80張飛,於是係商埸行下,最終等咗大概40分鐘才可入座。點咗以下食物:限定復活之一嘅厚切大拖羅,入口即溶,好味道,之後有再 encore帶子係我嘅至愛,冇令我失望,帶子大粒又夠厚,鮮味十足。三文魚油花都好靚,唔錯。赤蝦夠大隻,大隻到見唔到嚿壽司飯,赤蝦又爽又甜。限定復活之一嘅蔥花吞拿魚茸軍艦,呢個較一般。鰻魚都只係及格油甘魚都係我嘅至愛,食得出鮮味,正!牛油果芝士炙燒三文魚,呢個都唔錯。香蔥赤蝦,炸過嘅蔥有香味,配搭赤蝦又唔錯喎!限定復活之一嘅生熟魷魚都幾特別,同一碟可以食到兩款魷魚,幾好味!芝士炙燒三文魚,呢個都好好味,值得推介總結:壽司郎性價比高,難怪係咁短時間可以係香港爆紅!令人想食壽司就會諗起佢!

成日聽人講壽司郎好好食,今次屋企附近開咗間啦,於是夾咗時間今晚嚟吃😋疫情關係好耐冇帶屋企人出嚟一齊堂吃了,仲可以帶屋企人一齊4人出嚟試吓呢間。等待嘅時間真係要等好耐呀,18:00攞左票,20:15左右先入得座開吃。因為同屋企人吃嘅關係,有老人家,主要吃熱食,湯粉等。叫咗3樣熱食比老人家吃,溫泉蛋烏冬、豬骨拉麵、鯛魚湯蜆肉拉麵,試咗呢3款都話好吃的,不過老人家口味可能有啲吃唔習慣就話啲湯就有小小偏喊咗,但整體都系吃味的。另外叫左個茶碗蒸比老人家吃,話好滑好好味,又叫多碗👍🏿整體吃完都係好味的,屋企人都話正的。

今朝朋友是了。鯛魚蜆肉烏冬感覺湯底比較淡,沒有什麼特別,而我叫了蜆肉麵豉湯,老實說實在太鹹。蜆肉是鮮甜的衹是那麵豉湯鹹到要死,尤如豉油湯加水一樣。

壽司郎的壽司其實很少會令你覺得失望,無論如何都是中規中距或以上的質素。

今天叫了實在太多,12元的,比較喜歡的是香蔥大蝦,壽司牛油果炸蝦卷,蟹膏軍艦,蔥花吞拿魚軍艦,百鳥貝,及比較特別嘅爽口海松食貝,鰈魚鰭邊一如既往嘅鮮甜衹是他有點太薄了。長鰭吞拿魚沒有想像中的鮮甜。

17元的,日本帆立貝不會令你失望,倒是那個油甘魚有點不夠鮮甜。本來諗住很期望能吃到的特選大吞拿魚腩就因為已經賣曬,現有點失望。有一個,將撈吞拿魚粒壽司放在一片紫菜上邊,那個非常好食但好像不是在正常了可以找到。

整體而言今天學到的事,要一早到現場取票(十点半鐘開門,十點20分就可以開始攞票,十點半就可以開始入座,如果唔介意食一個早飯嘅話,呢個不失為一個好嘅選擇),之後就去逛街,密切留意app中叫號情況, 就可以好輕鬆噉樣吃到壽司郎,亦不用長期呆等在高分貝等侯區,傷害到耳的健康之餘,又等到變化石。

最後朋友終於都collect到六個stamp, 就抽了2個小禮物回家。
