以前係一間cafe食過與店主合作的抹茶紫薯卷蛋，當時比佢賣相吸引到，而且味道不錯👍老實講第一眼睇到個呢個蛋糕賣相，對比當時抹茶紫薯卷蛋冇咁有鮮明對比。但蛋糕嘅抹茶醬同金箔襯托住啲抹茶忌廉，再配搭紫薯乾片，感覺好精緻。戚風蛋糕做得幾出色。抹茶醬香濃帶微苦，中間夾咗層自家製紫薯蓉，香甜溫和，同抹茶味道配搭得好自然。而夾喺入面黑糖蕨餅帶有啲嚼勁，蕨餅嘅甜同抹茶好夾，又唔會搶咗主角風頭。感覺好心製作❤️ 平時唔多食蛋糕嘅屋企人，食完飯再食都清曬個蛋糕  continue reading
