今日早食晏,五點幾肚仔餓又太早唔三唔四,於是去咗常嚐食個甜品入面裝修以白色為主調,再配小花園裝飾,加上無咩人,予人舒服感覺。香港夏天又熱又濕笠笠,去到當然是點它的招牌冰冰!實物睇落比餐牌高大,以原隻西瓜上,擁有快樂賣相。友人覺得味道偏淡,我卻覺得食落其實都啱啱好,可能咁啱唔係最甜嘅西瓜,但冰冰的西瓜解渴一流!而且食完我都惹啖。質地無綿綿冰咁輕,亦無刨冰咁粗,口感良好。兩人分享,不求飽只求就手的冰冰感的話,價錢勉強可以接受。

除了外表吸引,其他不值一提!晚飯後10時多到,剛好有客人離開不用等位,可能下雨天也影响了没客人等候。看到其他客人叫椰皇冰很吸引,所以都叫了一客西瓜冰及一客榴槤冰。西瓜冰先到,底下真有半個小西瓜做底部,樣子討好,可惜一吃冰就覺得西瓜味少及偏甜。而我點的榴槤冰要$68呢!本來也期待下半部用榴槤什麼部裝住。誰知完來給我半個火龍果,有點失望!但榴槤冰味道倘可。除了外表吸引,其他不值一提!

喺附近食完飯見倒呢間甜品店,裝修好精緻,亦好多人喺門口等位,不過我地等左15分鐘左右已經有位喇,店內座位之間好迫>.<食左個楊枝金露,一入口想吐返出黎,心諗碗野隻色勁黃,但居然勁淡,芒果味完全唔覺,以為自己食緊碗水囉,應該係落好多色素去調色,只有d芒果爆珠係有芒果汁味架咋另外要左個木瓜燉雪耳,呢個正常既,甜度亦適中

We were looking for some classical desserts. Nearly 100 items were listed on the menu and we understood that some of the items were not available, we could still managed to pick what we desired. What really disappointing us was that some of the desserts that we ordered tasted like they had been prepared weeks ago, if not months. For the service wise, we saw a huge room for improvement too as the serving staff lacked patience in taking order.Although the shop has been opened for a couple of years, the interior was shabby and the dining ware needed replacement especially when they’re charging at $68 for a watermelon slush. a) Double Boiled Papaya and White Fungus 冰糖木瓜燉雪耳 ($29) – 5/10Either the papaya, the white fungus or both tasted stale.b) Sweet Almond Soup Served in Young Coconut 椰皇杏仁茶 ($45) – 6.5/10The sweet almond soup was alright, however, for a hot dessert that I requested for, the young coconut shell with flesh was definitely taken out right from the fridge, making the contrast of temperature difference which should be.c) Stewed Whole Chinese Pear with Fermented Rice and Osmanthus 原隻酒釀桂花燉雪梨 ($38) – 6.5/10The soup base was blend and even worse for the pear. The overall presentation made one to lose his/her appetite. d) Hokkaido Milk Pudding 北海道牛奶奶凍 ($33) – 7.8/10Made with milk Hokkaido which is high content in milk fats, the pudding was rich in milk flavour.e) Hokkaido Milk Pudding with Lychee北海道荔枝奶凍 ($33) – 8/10This was the variant from the plain milk pudding where bits of lychee were added inside. 睇完鐵甲佬..下場當然係食個甜品 la !!!不過 TST ... 一向多人所以我fd帶左我去呢間係 利時 後面既 "常嚐甜品" 出奇地 .... 唔洗等位wo ... 心諗Good la .... 要左一個基本上唔會出錯既甜品 .. 心太軟 !!!點知 ..... 反而令我好失望!!!!!!!!佢朱告力味好淡 .... 雪糕凍左D ... 無得話一羹朱告力伴一啖半溶雪糕要放係雪糕上等一等先溶最大問題係 ... 蛋糕本身 !!!佢地用左軟身...似雪芳/海棉既鬆身蛋糕 口感唔多好 呢個 "香蕉脆脆" 又係一個唔會出錯既甜品除非係 燒焦/爛蕉 ~ XD香蕉上既焦糖燒得剛好!!好脆同唔會太甜件Chocolate Brownie 都ok 唔錯 !
