今天工作比較忙,只有大概三十分鐘時間食飯,又可能是星期五的緣故,午餐時間非常多人。時間短又不想買外賣飯盒,公司附近的太興燒味似乎是最好選擇。一坐低就點了半肥瘦义燒紅腸飯,加了太陽蛋($6),5分鐘已經有得食。半肥瘦义燒不俗,不太肥又夠香,配合太陽蛋蛋汁加豉油真是一流,紅腸反而冇乜太特別,除非煎香先至好味。餐飲要了熱奶茶,茶濃奶滑!中環太興所有食品價錢都比其他分店貴,服務卻比其他分店差,可能生意太好沒有誘因改善吧。

一个紅雨的晚上,肚文有点餓,路过中環恒生銀行,看到一間太興便走進店中,見到一在肥肥满面笑容的胖女孩,熱情與我打招呼。店装修一般,但挺光猛整潔。就点了一个魚香茄子煲,及燒味飯及熱檸檬水,不一會飯及菜都到,茄子煲有少少咸魚香,脆脆的榨菜絲,美味的肉鬆,送飯一流。可惜我叫了燒味飯,當飯送到面前,微微聞到一D熏味,哦原來來自燒鹅,久遺的味道,又帶來驚喜。.

when the real thing came out. don't take my word for it, you can compare the photos yourselves. they don't just look horrible, the taste matches it too, the pork is tough and dry, the "crispy" skin is burnt and fell off the pork. well at least there is some skin, compare to the goose there's just skinless, meat tasted old.
i don't know how they can serve this to anyone, how they can get away with it? that's just simply embarrassing.

Service was really poor. Fought us on our orders because they did not have it at the time, even though I said I can wait. They spoke behind our backs later on. Not a pleasant place to be honest. Would not recommend not even for convenience. There's a better place beside it anyways.

以燒味聞名既太興一向都幾多人幫襯,而我間中都會幫襯下。太興其實係香港都開左好多年,都仲存在既話就證明燒味文化係香港根深蒂固既但係。。以性價比黎計,我始終覺得一般。今次我就食叉燒燒肉雙併飯算係幾足料,叉燒同埋燒肉大概各有六舊先睇叉燒,唔算肥,接近半肥瘦,有一兩粒燒焦左既角落,還可以接受既再睇燒肉,佢提供兩隻級數既燒肉,而我叫既依隻燒肉既屬於普通級數果隻,其實質素都算唔錯的了,唔算肥,塊皮亦小小脆。燒味飯一般都會淋上豉油,而且仲會係咁依淋埋一邊,我就唔鐘意太多豉油既,依個份量岩岩好。飲品方面,我次次黎食都專登加3蚊俾佢要冰鎮奶茶,話晒係佢地皇牌,的確唔錯既,幾有茶味成餐要69蚊,其實以食燒味飯黎計當然係貴啦,即使質素係唔差,但都仍然有高溢價存在。。個人認為,如果平番20蚊會合理番啲

我去太興反而甚少吃燒味,我印象中係幾好食架,但硬係覺得,食燒味唔值食到咁貴而已,咁我去又最常食咩?就係依味瑞士汁濕炒牛河另外,當然唔少得餐廳最引以為傲既冰鎮奶茶啦,咁的確茶味夠,係幾好飲既講番碟牛河,係即叫即炒,岩岩上碟噴晒煙架(不過相片難啲影到)河粉質感彈牙,唔會過份柔軟,而較平時食既河粉沾口,瑞士汁甜甜地,係幾好食既佢其中一個賣點係聲稱採用安格斯牛絲炒,食落係的確感覺到多一點肉味既成個餐價錢環大約60幾蚊,其實當真唔平架,間中食下都還可以既
