To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以燒味聞名既太興一向都幾多人幫襯,而我間中都會幫襯下。太興其實係香港都開左好多年,都仲存在既話就證明燒味文化係香港根深蒂固既但係。。以性價比黎計,我始終覺得一般。今次我就食叉燒燒肉雙併飯算係幾足料,叉燒同埋燒肉大概各有六舊先睇叉燒,唔算肥,接近半肥瘦,有一兩粒燒焦左既角落,還可以接受既再睇燒肉,佢提供兩隻級數既燒肉,而我叫既依隻燒肉既屬於普通級數果隻,其實質素都算唔錯的了,唔算肥,塊皮亦小小脆。燒味飯一般都會淋上豉油,而且仲會係咁依淋埋一邊,我就唔鐘意太多豉油既,依個份量岩岩好。飲品方面,我次次黎食都專登加3蚊俾佢要冰鎮奶茶,話晒係佢地皇牌,的確唔錯既,幾有茶味成餐要69蚊,其實以食燒味飯黎計當然係貴啦,即使質素係唔差,但都仍然有高溢價存在。。個人認為,如果平番20蚊會合理番啲
