To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行2人叫了兩個小菜同一個燉湯
上枱個陣個煲仲係“查”“查”聲,熱辣辣
粉絲炒得乾身,有少少辣辣地,入邊有雜錦海鮮(魚肉, 鮮魷, 蝦, 蜆, 蟹子),味道濃郁😋,粉絲吸哂味所以伴飯係一流
仲叫了另一款小菜--馬友蒸肉餅(p.s掛住食所以忘記了影相😂)
肉餅蒸得香滑嫩滑,而且有馬蹄會食落爽口,配埋咸香的馬友(咸魚),👍送飯一流
呢個燉湯一飲就覺得好香同濃郁,杏香馥郁,又冇乜味精😋十分養顏潤肺,而且十分足料,有好多湯料,一盅有成4碗
總括黎講: 食物質素中上,環境舒服,服務不錯,連鎖店食中式晚飯的好選擇👍

我們點了兩個套餐,一個梅菜扣肉煲,一個胡椒湯魚肚雞窩
梅菜扣肉煲味道還算可以,不過肥肉不多,正常半肥瘦,而且用菜心做底,應該搵啲吸汁力強點配菜墊底,可能更加好,個人意見
這個胡椒湯魚肚雞窩,味道夠胡椒味,而且材料都算豐富足料
其實比想像中不是太差,只是價錢偏貴了點,其它都沒有什麼特別,服務態度都算可以接受,因我們套餐包了一個白飯,朋友大食嚟多碗,點知等左很久都無嚟,要再催促才送上,不過服務員也不停道歉,希望有待改善

招呼,到位,一進去,大把抬,姐姐就話任坐。
食得招積的我,點了瘦叉,紅腸,小飯,小單清清楚楚。
奶茶先上,奶味香濃,過關。
瘦叉沒有染到紅噹噹,跟小小菜,健康之選。可惜紅腸太薄,不過麻油的香氣刺激食欲,把飯全吃光了。今天不用下午茶了。
所以我每次番工嘅日子都會食早餐
最中意就係去茶餐廳食番個港式早餐☺️☺️

看似平平無奇啦,但我勁like 知道好肥但都會用哂成包牛油搽滿個多士
