To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食個火腩飯套餐問落去就幾香但係全部都係啲手掌咁大塊皮嘅切淨肥燒肉叫佢換個碟 換一碟淨係得肉冇皮嘅瘦肉 個經理仲問返我有咩問題 叫佢取消咗佢如果係要講嘅 好唔好食就唔知喇不過個廚房好有問題仲話出名食燒味 ------------------------------

杏花邨商場好多店選擇，今次試吓連鎖店太興，食客唔算多，在近收銀處坐低咗，隔咗一陣才有待應過來問幾位及派水杯，見到有QR code放咗係枱面，自覺地掃QR code落單，茶記唔會高期望好好食，食物送上來時是暖的，剛好飽福。食完後叫起奶茶等飲品，待應沒有反應（好似唔知我哋做咩），但最終飲品都上咗。眼見有人叫待應幫忙落餐D待應個様好唔願意咁。唔知係咪電子化落單後D待應慣咗唔使做，久而久之好似煩到佢咁。其實，店靜時服務更加要好D才有食客回頭光顧呀。待應可以主動d，有待改善。

之前外賣星洲炒米，個份量仲少過下午茶，啲急凍蝦仁又有宿味。今日諗住再俾多次機會佢，中午去食燒腩仔拼燒鵝加冰鎮奶茶，$113。啲燒腩仔一啲都唔似燒腩仔，皮冇爆開，好硬，燒鵝又凍嘅好似隔夜咁…..冇下次了

平時都有食開太興嘅燒鵝，一直都唔錯，今次冇睇到原來杏花邨分店負評咁多，就係呢度買左半隻燒鵝，衰就衰在我冇自己揀，俾完錢師傅就斬完，拎番屋企先發現隻燒鵝咁黑，一啲光澤都冇，咁大嘅集團連品質控制都唔做下，真係好失望，仲要隻燒鵝唔平都要$240半隻，做得仲差過街邊啲小店，食完真係一肚氣😡😡😡，燒鵝叫做有啲煙熏味，但係鵝身偏細，肉都較少，食燒鵝我最鍾意係食層皮，但今次完全食唔落口，所以對太興完全失望😤😤（圖中已食左兩嚿鵝髀位置嘅肉，之後忍唔住要寫食評而影相😤😤）賣咁貴但俾啲咁嘅質素嘅燒味俾個客真係有啲過份，希望太興真係要做好QC，如果唔係落再多廣告都係徒然🥸
