To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大年初三,去黃埔睇戲,考慮咗一陣見有位就入去呢間店舖,點知非常後悔! 叫兩碟燒臘飯,油雞得四件,兩件肉兩件幾乎全骨,我碟燒鵝仲經典,五舊皮包骨,同阿姐講,佢都話唔得,幫我換,換返嚟啲燒鵝我認為係隔夜嘅,時間係上晝11點,燒臘檔啱啱開始,啲燒鵝凍嘅同埋啲皮係塌陷嘅。😓我係燒臘專家,食燒臘飯食到屋企人要制止我,我真係有資格講永遠唔會再幫襯太興,呢啲係不能原諒嘅錯誤,順手就斬五舊皮包骨嘅燒鵝比客人,點解唔思考一下呢! 店舖經理都好有責任。 continue reading

是日平日來到early lunch hour 時間,食肆還唔算好人多嘅情況下,選擇了食燒味飯🍚😋:🍱鐵板乾炒牛河 配熱柑桔蜜好耐食乾炒牛河了,於是食燒味之餘,食下乾炒牛河,整體份量適中,但唔夠鑊氣,牛肉腍,河粉唔夠味,鐵板作用唔大。柑桔蜜不過不失。🍱叉燒油雞瀨粉 配熱奶茶叉燒油雞件數適當,叉燒偏瘦,所以肉質偏硬,味道亦一般,油雞也唔是特別。🍱切雞燒鵝飯 配熱奶茶燒鵝皮厚、肉韌及乾,切雞嘅薑蔥都一般。奶茶算滑但茶味淡。本身少少期待燒味部分,可惜覺得一般般。 continue reading

太興除做燒味外,朝早有做早餐,今朝嚟開黃埔試一試。打開餐牌,早餐選擇頗多,價錢三四十蚊算親民。⭐️火腿通煎蛋配多士味道ok,火腿通較茶餐廳大碗之餘有生菜同大量火腿絲,值得一讚👍🏻⭐️雙拼三文治自選兩種餡料揀咗炒蛋同芝士,炒蛋同三文治一樣厚,入口唔會太乾或散開,口感十足。⭐️凍檸茶跟餐推介叫凍檸茶,茶味香濃,檸檬份量足,喺芸芸紅磡餐廳中算係做得比較出色。總括嚟講,地方闊落價錢親民味道ok份量足,性價比不俗,難怪一早坐滿人。 continue reading
