To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. $35蚊叉燒瀨粉下午茶圖片與實物不符由於太興燒味十分出名，所以order左個瀨粉，滿心期待是一份色澤濃郁（即係紅色）的叉燒，點知上到黎係一份褐色的叉燒，由於與友人交談並沒有過多留意。當我咬落去先知發現2/3肥膏，然而隱約有陣豬騷味。由於已經食緊，所以硬住頭皮食落去。食完之後對於太興失望至極，再望隔離檯正價的叉燒飯，色澤一如既往的紅潤，更覺得失望。如果用的叉燒不同，應該要表明，而不是將貨就價。唉…想支持都支持唔落

水杯入面有食物殘渣, 太興服務員居然同我話個杯乾淨.。跟住我畀個杯佢睇，服務員態度差，話得‘’喇得喇得喇‘’。 一句唔好意思嘅說話都冇講過。 平時講嘢大大聲騷擾嗰啲客人 仲要話自己係要咁大聲 因為做緊嘢，唔可以畀錢買啲無線咪，等你可以講得好啲呢。 九龍灣呢間啲服務員態度真係仲差過普通茶餐廳 。 成日嘥錢買廣告， 不如用啲錢畀服務員做培訓啦。 一路食一路諗 究竟我仲唔應該幫襯呢間。食物都係普通都又唔係話好出色好突出。 冇服務冇質素唔好話啲人淨係識北上消費。

難得早起身去mega box，嘆返個早餐先shopping，太興竟然唔駛等位，早餐重要 $35，抵到呢。。。我就揀左午餐肉滑蛋公仔麵，好多人都讚太興既公仔麵，所以一於試下，質素確係唔錯，午餐肉煎得好香，而且肉質燉滑，滑蛋亦都炒得出色，好香滑，公仔麵真係要趁熱食，浸得耐啲麵質都變林左。奶茶，黎得太興都係為左杯奶茶，奶茶好香滑，奶同茶既比例perfect，淨係呢杯奶茶都已經值回票價。地方乾乾淨淨，唔錯啦，諗唔到食咩既話都會黎食。

Eh …唔洗錢都叫ok 太興以自家推出的「冰鎮原味奶茶」為榮多年前堂食飲過，杯裝奶茶下方以玻璃器皿裝住嘅冰做冰鎮，茶味都算幾香濃，係齒頰留香嗰種，後來無幫襯過太興就無再飲今次杯奶茶係朋友用商場coupon 換的，外賣加咗冰係奶茶入面，奶厚茶濃就說不上，可能夜晚，紅茶個茶膽煲太耐，好澀🥲，奶味都掩蓋唔到陣苦澀味，我飲咗一啖咋，已經覺得好「鞋恰恰」，剩低大半杯由朋友完成埋，佢話ok好味😋#奶茶==============================
